哥轄子孫、在會幕所供之役、即於至聖所供役、移營之時、亞倫及其子當進、撤幔用以掩法匱、上蓋海龍皮、覆以純藍色之毯、而後貫杠、又以藍色毯覆陳設餅之案、以盤、盞、碗、與奠酒之壺、置於案上、常陳設餅亦當在其上、又以絳色毯覆其上、復以海龍皮掩之、而後貫杠、又以藍色毯覆燈臺、與屬臺之盞、翦、盤、並所用之諸油器、又以龍海皮覆燈臺、與屬燈臺之諸器、而後置於舁之之架上、以藍色毯覆於金焚香臺上、又蓋以海龍皮、而後貫杠、以聖所用之諸器、裹以藍色毯、又蓋以海龍皮、置於舁之之架上、當去祭臺上之灰、以紫色毯覆之、以祭臺之諸器、在祭臺上所用者、即鑪、鍤、鏟、盆、祭臺之諸器、悉置於祭臺上、蓋以海龍皮、而後貫杠、移營之時、亞倫及其子、掩蓋聖所及其中諸器既畢、則哥轄子孫前來舁之、惟不可捫聖物、恐致死亡、此屬會幕之器具、即哥轄子孫所當舁者、祭司亞倫子以利亞撒、司燈油、香料、常獻之素祭物、與膏油、司全幕與其中所有、聖所與其諸器、○

惟無所給哥轄子孫、蓋其供運聖物之役事、悉用肩舁、○

謂之曰、爾曹為利未支派之族長、當與同族自潔、舁主以色列天主之匱、至我為其所備之所、爾曹初未行此、我儕未循所定之例、求問主我之天主、故主我之天主降災於我儕、於是祭司及利未人自潔、欲將主以色列天主之匱、舁之而上、利未子孫、以杠舁天主之匱於肩、如摩西循主言所命者、

哥轄子孫、不可片刻入聖所以觀、恐致死亡、或作蓋聖物時哥轄子孫毋入以觀恐致死亡○

其時大衛曰、利未人之外、無人可舁天主之匱、因主特選利未人、舁天主之匱、且奉事之、至於永遠、

哥轄子孫有暗蘭族、以斯哈族、希伯崙族、烏薛族、此乃哥轄子孫諸族、見數之男、自一月以上者、共八千六百、皆守聖所、哥轄子孫諸族、列營於幕之南、烏薛子以利撒反、乃哥轄子孫諸族之族長、彼等所守者、即法匱、案、燈臺、祭臺、與焚香臺、及所用之聖器、簾、並屬簾之物、祭司亞倫子以利亞撒、為利未人總族長、統轄守聖所之人、○

後、利未營運會幕、在前後營之中遄行、悉依列營之次序、各歸其隊、各隨其纛、

運幕之時、利未人撤之、立幕之時、利未人建之、外人近前當治死、
