You sent signs and wonders against Pharaoh, against all his officials and all the people of his land, for you knew how arrogantly the Egyptians treated them. You made a name for yourself, which remains to this day.

“主我们的神哪，你曾用大能的手把你的子民从埃及地领出来，为自己成就了名声，就像今天这样；我们犯了罪，做了恶！

那让自己荣耀的膀臂在摩西右边作工，在他们面前把水分开，为自己成就永远之名的，在哪里呢？

耶和华的灵使他们得享安息，好像牲畜下到山谷得享安息。你这样引领了你的子民，为自己成就荣耀之名。

这个人带领以色列子民出来，在埃及地、在红海，并且在旷野的四十年间，行了奇事和神迹。

愿他们知道，你——名为耶和华的，唯独你是全地之上的至高者。

那时他在埃及显出他的神迹，在琐安的田野显出他的奇事。他把埃及人的江河变成血，他们就不能喝其中的流水。他打发成群的苍蝇到他们中间，吞噬他们；他打发青蛙，毁掉他们。他把他们的收成交给蚂蚱，把他们的辛苦所得交给蝗虫。他用冰雹毁了他们的葡萄树，用严霜毁了他们的桑树。他把他们的家畜交给冰雹，把他们的牲畜交给闪电。他向他们发出猛烈的怒气——盛怒、愤怒和患难，像一队降祸的使者。他为自己的怒气修平了路，不惜让他们死亡，把他们的性命交给瘟疫。他击杀埃及所有的长子，在含族帐篷中击杀他们强壮时头生的。他领出自己的子民如同领出羊群，在旷野引领他们如同引领畜群。他引导他们安然行进，使他们不惧怕；海水却淹没了他们的仇敌。

如今我尼布甲尼撒称赞、高举、尊崇天上的王，因为他一切的作为都是确实的，一切的道路都是公正的，他能使行事骄傲的人降卑。

他把埃及头生的，无论人或牲畜，都击杀了。埃及啊，他在你当中降下神迹奇事，落在法老和他所有臣仆身上。

原来经上有话对法老说：“我兴起你，正是为此：好让我藉着你来显出我的大能，使我的名传遍天下。”

两人将他的神迹行在埃及人中间，将奇事行在含族之地。他发出黑暗，使那地黑暗；谁也没有违背他的话。他把他们的水变成血，使他们的鱼都死了。他们的地上、甚至他们君王的内室，都爬满了青蛙。他一发话，成群的苍蝇就来，蚊虫遍满他们的全境。他在他们的全境降下冰雹为雨、闪电为火。他击打他们的葡萄树和无花果树，打断他们境内的树木。他一发话，蝗虫和蚂蚱就来，数不胜数，吃尽他们地上的一切植物，吃尽他们土地的出产。他又击杀他们地上所有的长子，就是他们强壮时头生的。他领他的子民带着金银出来，他的众支派中没有绊倒的。

同样，你们年轻的，当服从年长的。每个人当彼此以谦卑束腰，因为“神抵挡骄傲的人，赐恩典给谦卑的人。”

我们的祖先在埃及时，不明白你的奇妙作为，不记念你丰盛的慈爱，反倒在红海边悖逆。但他为自己名的缘故拯救他们，为要彰显他的大能。他斥责红海，海就干涸了；他带他们走过深渊，如同走过旱地。他拯救他们脱离仇恨者的手，从仇敌的手中救赎了他们。水淹没了他们的敌人，连一个也没有留下。

反而对天上的主高举自己，让人把他殿中的器皿带到你面前来，你和你的大臣们、妻子们、妃嫔们都用这些来喝酒；你称赞那些不能看、不能听、不能知——用金、银、铜、铁、木、石所做的神明，却不尊崇那位掌握你的气息、掌握你一切道路的神。

他在埃及地，在琐安的田野，在他们的祖先面前，行了奇妙的事。他将海分开，使他们过去，使众水立起如垒。

当称谢那击杀埃及头生的，因他的慈爱永远长存！他把以色列从他们中间领出来，因他的慈爱永远长存！就是用他大能的手和伸出来的膀臂，因他的慈爱永远长存！当称谢那把红海分为两边的，因他的慈爱永远长存！他使以色列从其中经过，因他的慈爱永远长存！却把法老和他的军队抖落在红海中，因他的慈爱永远长存！
