感谢神，他把我对你们那样的热情，放在提多的心里。提多一方面接受了劝勉，但他自己更加热心，自愿到你们那里去。

我的神啊，我知道你察验人心，喜悦正直；至于我，我以正直的心甘愿奉献这一切；现在我也非常欢喜看见你在这里的人民，都甘愿奉献给你。耶和华我们列祖亚伯拉罕、以撒、以色列的神啊，求你永远保守这一件事，就是使你的子民常存这心思意念，坚定他们的心归向你。

在你征战的日子，你的人民都乐意投身；你的少年人以圣洁为装饰，好像清晨的甘露，到你那里。

在一切善事上成全你们，好使你们遵行他的旨意；又藉着耶稣基督在我们里面，行他所喜悦的事。愿荣耀归给他，直到永永远远。阿们。

以禄月二十五日，城墙建成，整个工程共用了五十二天。

因为事情很快办完，希西家和全体人民因神为他的子民所预备的，都甚欢乐。
