但猶大有話說：「扛抬的人力氣衰弱，瓦礫太多，我們自己不可能建造城牆。」

犹大人说：“灰土尚多，扛抬的人力气已经衰败，所以我们不能建造城墙。”

犹大人说：“工人已经筋疲力尽，还有太多瓦砾有待清理，我们自己无法重建城墙。”

犹大人说：“搬运的人气力已经衰弱，但瓦砾仍多，我们不能再建城墙了！”

猶大人說：「灰土尚多，扛擡的人力氣已經衰敗，所以我們不能建造城牆。」

但猶大有話說：「扛抬的人力氣衰弱，瓦礫太多，我們自己不可能建造城牆。」

猶大人說：「工人已經精疲力盡，還有太多瓦礫有待清理，我們自己無法重建城牆。」

猶大人說：“搬運的人氣力已經衰弱，但瓦礫仍多，我們不能再建城牆了！”

猶大人說：『重苦力的力氣已經衰失，而灰土還多；所以就我們來說，我們是不能建造城牆的。』

猶大人曰、瓦礫尚多、負荷者力匱、我儕不能築垣、

猶大人曰、瓦礫尚多、負荷乏力、不能築垣。

猶大人曰、灰土尚多、負荷者之力已竭、我儕不能建城垣、

Meanwhile, the people in Judah said,“ The strength of the laborers is giving out, and there is so much rubble that we cannot rebuild the wall.”

During that time, the people in Judah spoke up. They said,“ The workers are getting weaker and weaker all the time. Broken stones are piled up everywhere. They are in our way. So we can’t rebuild the wall.”

In Judah it was said,“ The strength of those who bear the burdens is failing. There is too much rubble. By ourselves we will not be able to rebuild the wall.”

Then the people of Judah began to complain,“ The workers are getting tired, and there is so much rubble to be moved. We will never be able to build the wall by ourselves.”

In Judah, it was said: The strength of the laborer fails, since there is so much rubble. We will never be able to rebuild the wall.

And so in Judah it was said:“ The strength of the burden bearers is failing, Yet there is much rubble; And we ourselves are unable To rebuild the wall.”

Then Judah said,“ The strength of the laborers is failing, and there is so much rubbish that we are not able to build the wall.”

And Judah said, The strength of the bearers of burdens is decayed, and there is much rubbish; so that we are not able to build the wall.

In Judah, it was said: The strength of the laborer fails, since there is so much rubble. We will never be able to rebuild the wall.

And Judah said, The strength of the bearers of burdens is decayed, and[ there is] much rubbish; so that we are not able to build the wall.

Then those in Judah said,“ The strength of the laborers has failed! The debris is so great that we are unable to rebuild the wall.”

Judah said,“ The strength of the bearers of burdens is fading, and there is much rubble; so that we are not able to build the wall.”

「人子啊，巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒令他的軍兵大力攻打推羅，以致頭都光禿，肩都磨破；然而他和軍兵雖然為攻打推羅花這麼多力氣，卻沒有從那裏得到甚麼犒賞。

但那些和他同去的人卻說：「我們不能上去攻打那些百姓，因為他們比我們強大。」

「萬軍之耶和華如此說，這百姓說，建造耶和華殿的時候還沒有到。」

他叫其中的七萬人作扛抬，八萬人在山上鑿石頭，三千六百人監督百姓工作。

我投靠耶和華；你們怎麼對我說：「你當像鳥逃到你們的山去；看哪，惡人彎弓，把箭搭在弦上，要在暗中射那心裏正直的人。

他們上到以實各谷，窺探了那地之後，竟然使以色列人灰心，不願進入耶和華所賜給他們的地。
