亚达薛西王二十年尼散月，酒摆在王面前，我拿起酒来奉给王。我在王面前从来没有愁容。

请你们为我们祷告；因为我们自觉良心无亏，愿意凡事按正道而行。

让司酒长官复原职，仍旧递杯在法老手中，

波斯王居鲁士元年，耶和华为要应验藉耶利米的口所说的话，就激发波斯王居鲁士的心，使他下诏书通告全国，说：

耶和华啊，求你侧耳听我的祷告，留心听我恳求的声音。

王的心在耶和华手中像河水，他能使它随意流转。

这以斯拉从巴比伦上来，他是一个文士，精通耶和华—以色列神所赐摩西的律法。王允准他一切所求的，因为耶和华—他神的手帮助他。

然而，司酒长不记得约瑟，竟忘了他。

那时司酒长对法老说：“我今日想起我的罪来。

因为他们恨恶知识，选择不敬畏耶和华，

耶和华啊，我们在你行审判的路上等候你，我们心里所渴慕的，就是你的名和你的称号。夜间，我的心渴想你，我里面的灵切切寻求你。因为你在地上行审判的时候，世上的居民就学习公义。

那人说：“你的名字不要再叫雅各，要叫以色列，因为你与神和人较力，都得胜了。”

司酒长就把梦告诉约瑟，对他说：“在我的梦中，看哪，有一棵葡萄树在我面前，树上有三根枝子。枝子发了芽，开了花，结出串串成熟的葡萄。法老的杯在我手中，我就拿葡萄挤在法老的杯里，把杯递到他手中。”约瑟对他说：“梦的解释是这样：三根枝子就是三天；三天之内，法老要让你抬起头来，叫你官复原职。你仍要递杯在法老的手中，像先前作他的司酒长一样。

主啊，求你听我的声音！求你侧耳听我恳求的声音！

法老就对司酒长和司膳长两个官员发怒，

愿全能的神使你们在那人面前蒙怜悯，放你们另一个兄弟和便雅悯回来。我若要失丧儿子，就丧了吧！”

求你救我脱离我哥哥的手，脱离以扫的手，因为我怕他来杀我，连母亲和儿女都不放过。
