But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins”— He* said to the paralyzed man,

不过为要使你们知道人子在地上有赦免罪的权柄——”耶稣就对瘫痪的人说：

但要叫你們知道，人子在地上有赦罪的權柄。」就對癱子說：

但要讓你們知道，人子在地上有赦罪的權柄。」就對癱子說：

但要讓你們知道，人子在地上有赦罪的權柄。」就對癱子說：

但我要讓你們知道人子在世上有赦罪的權柄。」於是祂對癱子說：

然而為了要你們知道人子在地上有赦罪的權柄，（他就對癱子說：）

但是、為要叫你們知道人子在地上有權柄可以赦罪』（就對癱子說）

不過為要使你們知道人子在地上有赦免罪的權柄——」耶穌就對癱瘓的人說：

但令爾知人子在世、有權以赦罪耳、遂謂癱瘓者曰、

但令爾知、人子在地、有權以赦罪耳、即語癱瘋者曰、

今特令爾知人子在地、有赦罪之權、即語癱瘓者曰、

第欲爾曹知人子在世、自有赦罪之權耳。』

But I want you to know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins.” So he said to the man,

But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins”— he said to the paralytic—

So I will prove to you that the Son of Man has the authority on earth to forgive sins.” Then Jesus turned to the paralyzed man and said,

But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”— He said to the paralytic,

But that ye may know that the Son of man hath authority on earth to forgive sins( he saith to the sick of the palsy),

But so you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins,” He told the paralytic,

But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins”— then He* said to the paralyzed man,“ Get up, pick up your stretcher and go home.”And he got up and went home.But when the crowds saw this, they were awestruck, and they glorified God, who had given such authority to men.

“ I kept looking in the night visions, And behold, with the clouds of heaven One like a son of man was coming, And He came up to the Ancient of Days And was presented before Him.And to Him was given dominion, Honor, and a kingdom, So that all the peoples, nations, and populations of all languages Might serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion Which will not pass away; And His kingdom is one Which will not be destroyed.

For the Father loves the Son and shows Him all things that He Himself is doing; and the Father will show Him greater works than these, so that you will be amazed.For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so the Son also gives life to whom He wishes.For not even the Father judges anyone, but He has given all judgment to the Son,so that all will honor the Son just as they honor the Father. The one who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.“ Truly, truly, I say to you, the one who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.Truly, truly, I say to you, a time is coming and even now has arrived, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.For just as the Father has life in Himself, so He gave to the Son also to have life in Himself;and He gave Him authority to execute judgment, because He is the Son of Man.

He is the one whom God exalted to His right hand as a Prince and a Savior, to grant repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.

even though I was previously a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent aggressor. Yet I was shown mercy because I acted ignorantly in unbelief;and the grace of our Lord was more than abundant, with the faith and love which are found in Christ Jesus.It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, among whom I am foremost.Yet for this reason I found mercy, so that in me as the foremost sinner Jesus Christ might demonstrate His perfect patience as an example for those who would believe in Him for eternal life.

Now when Jesus came into the region of Caesarea Philippi, He was asking His disciples,“ Who do people say that the Son of Man is?”
