Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

且祈禱時、凡爾所求、信則得之、○

爾中若有缺於智者、當求上帝、彼博施於眾、不責乎人、必賜之焉、但其求也、宜信而無疑、蓋疑者譬之海浪、風激而蕩漾、

我又語汝、倘爾二人同心、在地祈求、無論何事、我在天之父必成之、

爾以我名求者、我必成之、俾父以子而榮、

若爾恆在我中、我言恆在爾中、凡爾所欲、求則成之、

求則爾予、尋則遇之、叩門則為爾啟之、蓋求者得也、尋者遇也、叩者啟也、爾中孰有子求餅而予之石、求魚而予之蛇乎、爾曹雖不善、尚知以嘉物予子、況爾在天之父、豈不以嘉物予求之者乎、

我又語汝、求則予爾、尋則遇之、叩門則為爾啟、蓋凡求者得也、尋者遇也、叩者啟也、爾中為父者、孰有子求餅而予之石乎、求魚而予之蛇以代魚乎、抑求卵而予之蠍乎、爾曹雖不善、尚知以嘉貺予爾子、況天父不更以聖神予求之者乎、○

其時、爾無所問於我、我誠語汝、爾若有求於父者、父將以我名賜爾、爾未嘗以我名而求、求則必得、致爾之樂盈焉、○凡此我曾以喻語爾、時至、我不復以喻語爾、乃以父明示於爾、其時、爾將以我名而求、我不曰、我將為爾祈父、蓋父自愛爾、以爾愛我、且信我出於父也、

夫由信之祈禱、可救病者、主將起之、或干罪、亦將赦之、宜彼此認罪、互相祈禱、致可得愈、蓋義者之懇求、大有成效也、以利亞為人、情同我儕、切求不雨、則不雨於地、歷三年有六月、再求、則天賜雨、而地出其產、○

耶穌又設喻、語眾當恆祈不倦、曰、邑有士師、不畏上帝、不禮世人、其邑有嫠、屢就之曰、有仇我者、祈伸我冤、久而不許、後自思云、我雖不畏上帝、不禮世人、但此嫠瀆我、必伸其冤、免其恆來擾我、主曰、聽此不義之士師所言、況上帝選民晝夜呼籲、雖久忍之、豈不伸其冤乎、我語汝、必速伸之矣、雖然、人子至、將見信於世乎、○
