锡安的民哪，你要疼痛劬劳，仿佛产难的妇人；因为你必从城里出来，住在田野，到巴比伦去。在那里要蒙解救；在那里耶和华必救赎你脱离仇敌的手。

Writhe in agony, Daughter Zion, like a woman in labor, for now you must leave the city to camp in the open field. You will go to Babylon; there you will be rescued. There the Lord will redeem you out of the hand of your enemies.

People of Zion, groan with pain. Cry out like a woman having a baby. Soon you must leave your city. You must camp in the open fields. You will have to go to the land of Babylon. But that’s where the Lord will save you. There he will set you free from the power of your enemies.

Writhe and groan, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in labor, for now you shall go out from the city and dwell in the open country; you shall go to Babylon. There you shall be rescued; there the Lord will redeem you from the hand of your enemies.

Writhe and groan like a woman in labor, you people of Jerusalem, for now you must leave this city to live in the open country. You will soon be sent in exile to distant Babylon. But the Lord will rescue you there; he will redeem you from the grip of your enemies.

Writhe and cry out, Daughter Zion, like a woman in labor, for now you will leave the city and camp in the open fields. You will go to Babylon; there you will be rescued; there the LORD will redeem you from the grasp of your enemies!

爾之子孫、由爾所生者、為人所擄、在巴比倫王宮為宦官、

爾曹當出自巴比倫、遁自迦勒底地、歡聲宣告、播揚至於地極、曰、主已救贖其僕雅各、

救爾之主、即以色列之聖主如是云、緣爾之故、我遣人至巴比倫、毀諸門楗、使迦勒底人、駕宴樂之舟以逃遁、

耶路撒冷之荒邱、當發聲謳歌、因主慰藉己民、救贖耶路撒冷、主在列國目前、顯其聖臂、地極之人、得見我天主所施之拯救、○爾曹去哉、去哉、出離其地、其地即巴比倫勿捫污穢、當自其中而出、凡爾曹舁天主聖器者、當自潔其身、爾出之勿匆速、爾前往、勿奔趨、因主必導爾於前、以色列天主必護爾於後、○

雖然、厥後我仍勸誘之、導之於野、以善言慰藉其心、

彼必受艱苦、若產婦分娩甚難、為子無知、生育之時、不當遲延在子宮之間、為子無知生育之時不當遲延在子宮之間或作彼似嬰孩遲延在子宮之間不知危險

我彰顯仁義、使古列興起、使其道途平直、彼必復建我邑、釋我被擄之民、不欲贖金、不圖賞賚、此乃萬有之主所言、

我誠告爾、爾曹將哭且哀、而世將樂、爾將憂、然爾之憂必轉為樂、婦將產則憂、以其期至、然產子後、不復憶其苦、因喜有人生於世也、如是爾今憂、我復將見爾、爾心則樂、且爾之樂、無人能奪之、

時婦得大鷹之雙翼、可飛於曠野、至己之地以避蛇、在彼蒙養一載、又二載、又半載、

故主使亞述王之軍長來攻之、以鐃鈎擒瑪拿西、繫以銅索、解至巴比倫、

於是城破、王與諸戰士、由近王園兩城中之門、夜逃遁、迦勒底人在城四圍、王由平原平原或作亞拉巴下同而走、

郇邑如婦、未覺產苦、已分娩、未曾劬勞、已生男子、國豈能一日而立、民豈能一時而聚、然郇邑忽得居民、若婦劬勞產子、若是之事、孰嘗聞之、孰嘗見之、主曰、我既使之臨產、豈不使之產子乎、爾天主曰、我既使之臨產、豈復禁胎不生乎、

必救爾贖爾、脫於惡者暴者之手、

將來或作雖然以色列人數必如海沙、不可量、不可計、今我語之曰、爾曹非我民、後日必稱為永生天主之子、

我敵歟、毋因我而欣喜、我雖傾仆、仍必復起、我雖坐於昏暗、有主為我光明、我因獲罪於主、受主之盛怒、待主為我伸冤、為我辨屈、導我入於光明、使我見其仁慈、我敵見此、必蒙羞抱愧、彼問我云、爾之天主耶和華安在、我必目睹我敵遭報、因我敵遭蹂躪、如衢路之泥然、爾之城垣、復建有日、是日地疆遠展、地疆遠展或作主命遠傳是日自亞述、自伊及城邑、自伊及至於大河、自此海至彼海、自此山至彼山、咸必歸爾、然是日以先、斯地必因居民之故荒蕪、為其行為之果報、

凡幸免殺戮者、皆擄至巴比倫、使為巴比倫王及其子孫之奴婢、直至巴西國興、

救之脫於仇人、贖之脫於敵人之手、
