錫安的民哪，你要疼痛劬勞，彷彿產難的婦人；因為你必從城裏出來，住在田野，到巴比倫去。在那裏要蒙解救；在那裏耶和華必救贖你脫離仇敵的手。

錫安小姐啊，絞痛而衝出、像生產的婦人吧！因為你如今快要從這都市出來，住在野外，去到巴比倫；在那裏你必得援救，在那裏永恆主必贖回你脫離你仇敵的手掌。

錫安女歟、爾其痛苦劬勞、若臨產之婦、蓋爾必出邑居野、且至巴比倫、在彼得救、耶和華將贖爾於敵手、

郇邑之民、果為勞苦、若婦臨產、蓋爾將出邑居野、至於巴比倫、在彼我耶和華將救爾出於敵手、

Writhe in agony, Daughter Zion, like a woman in labor, for now you must leave the city to camp in the open field. You will go to Babylon; there you will be rescued. There the Lord will redeem you out of the hand of your enemies.

People of Zion, groan with pain. Cry out like a woman having a baby. Soon you must leave your city. You must camp in the open fields. You will have to go to the land of Babylon. But that’s where the Lord will save you. There he will set you free from the power of your enemies.

Writhe and groan, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in labor, for now you shall go out from the city and dwell in the open country; you shall go to Babylon. There you shall be rescued; there the Lord will redeem you from the hand of your enemies.

Writhe and groan like a woman in labor, you people of Jerusalem, for now you must leave this city to live in the open country. You will soon be sent in exile to distant Babylon. But the Lord will rescue you there; he will redeem you from the grip of your enemies.

Be in pain, and labor to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, Like a woman in birth pangs. For now you shall go forth from the city, You shall dwell in the field, And to Babylon you shall go. There you shall be delivered; There the Lord will redeem you From the hand of your enemies.

Be in pain, and labor to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in travail; for now shalt thou go forth out of the city, and shalt dwell in the field, and shalt come even unto Babylon: there shalt thou be rescued; there will Jehovah redeem thee from the hand of thine enemies.

Twist and strain, Daughter Zion, as if you were in labor! For you will leave the city and live in the open field. You will go to Babylon, but there you will be rescued. There the LORD will deliver you from the power of your enemies.

Be in pain, and labor to give birth, daughter of Zion, like a woman in travail; for now you will go out of the city, and will dwell in the field, and will come even to Babylon. There you will be rescued. There Yahweh will redeem you from the hand of your enemies.

並且從你本身所生的眾子，其中必有被擄去在巴比倫王宮裏當太監的。」

你們要從巴比倫出來，從迦勒底人中逃脫，以歡呼的聲音傳揚說：耶和華救贖了他的僕人雅各！你們要將這事宣揚到地極。

耶和華－你們的救贖主、以色列的聖者如此說：因你們的緣故，我已經打發人到巴比倫去；並且我要使迦勒底人如逃民，都坐自己喜樂的船下來。

耶路撒冷的荒場啊，要發起歡聲，一同歌唱；因為耶和華安慰了他的百姓，救贖了耶路撒冷。耶和華在萬國眼前露出聖臂；地極的人都看見我們神的救恩了。你們離開吧！離開吧！從巴比倫出來。不要沾不潔淨的物；要從其中出來。你們扛擡耶和華器皿的人哪，務要自潔。你們出來必不致急忙，也不致奔逃。因為，耶和華必在你們前頭行；以色列的神必作你們的後盾。

後來我必勸導她，領她到曠野，對她說安慰的話。

產婦的疼痛必臨到他身上；他是無智慧之子，到了產期不當遲延。

我憑公義興起塞魯士，又要修直他一切道路。他必建造我的城，釋放我被擄的民；不是為工價，也不是為賞賜。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。

我實實在在地告訴你們，你們將要痛哭、哀號，世人倒要喜樂；你們將要憂愁，然而你們的憂愁要變為喜樂。婦人生產的時候就憂愁，因為她的時候到了；既生了孩子，就不再記念那苦楚，因為歡喜世上生了一個人。你們現在也是憂愁，但我要再見你們，你們的心就喜樂了；這喜樂也沒有人能奪去。

於是有大鷹的兩個翅膀賜給婦人，叫她能飛到曠野，到自己的地方，躲避那蛇；她在那裏被養活一載二載半載。

所以耶和華使亞述王的將帥來攻擊他們，用鐃鈎鈎住瑪拿西，用銅鍊鎖住他，帶到巴比倫去。

城被攻破，一切兵丁就在夜間從靠近王園兩城中間的門逃跑。迦勒底人正在四圍攻城，王就向亞拉巴逃走。

錫安未曾劬勞就生產，未覺疼痛就生出男孩。國豈能一日而生？民豈能一時而產？因為錫安一劬勞便生下兒女，這樣的事誰曾聽見？誰曾看見呢？耶和華說：我既使她臨產，豈不使她生產呢？你的神說：我既使她生產，豈能使她閉胎不生呢？

我必搭救你脫離惡人的手，救贖你脫離強暴人的手。

與巴比倫人同住的錫安民哪，應當逃脫。萬軍之耶和華說，「在顯出榮耀之後，差遣我去懲罰那擄掠你們的列國，摸你們的就是摸他眼中的瞳人。看哪，我要向他們掄手，他們就必作服事他們之人的擄物，你們便知道萬軍之耶和華差遣我了。

波斯王塞魯士元年，耶和華為要應驗藉耶利米口所說的話，就激動波斯王塞魯士的心，使他下詔通告全國說：「波斯王塞魯士如此說：『耶和華天上的神已將天下萬國賜給我，又囑咐我在猶大的耶路撒冷為他建造殿宇。

然而，以色列的人數必如海沙，不可量，不可數。從前在甚麼地方對他們說「你們不是我的子民」，將來在那裏必對他們說「你們是永生神的兒子」。

我的仇敵啊，不要向我誇耀。我雖跌倒，卻要起來；我雖坐在黑暗裏，耶和華卻作我的光。我要忍受耶和華的惱怒；因我得罪了他，直等他為我辨屈，為我伸冤。他必領我到光明中；我必得見他的公義。那時我的仇敵，就是曾對我說「耶和華－你神在哪裏」的，他一看見這事就被羞愧遮蓋。我必親眼見他遭報；他必被踐踏，如同街上的泥土。以色列啊，日子必到，你的牆垣必重修；到那日，你的境界必開展。當那日，人必從亞述，從埃及的城邑，從埃及到大河，從這海到那海，從這山到那山，都歸到你這裏。然而，這地因居民的緣故，又因他們行事的結果，必然荒涼。

凡脫離刀劍的，迦勒底王都擄到巴比倫去，作他和他子孫的僕婢，直到波斯國興起來。

他拯救他們脫離恨他們人的手，從仇敵手中救贖他們。
