亞述王也必照樣把埃及的俘虜和古實被放逐的人帶走，無論老少，都露體赤足，露出下體，使埃及蒙羞。

摩押的居民在亞嫩渡口，像遊蕩的飛鳥，又像被趕出巢窩的鳥兒。

你要拿石磨去磨麵，你要揭開你的帕子，脫去長裙，露出大腿，渡過江河。你的下體必暴露出來，你的羞恥要被人看見；我必報仇，不顧惜任何人。

如果你心裡問：“這些事為甚麼發生在我身上呢？”這是由於你極大的罪孽；你的袍子被掀起，你的下體（“下體”原文作“腳跟”）暴露出來。

為此我要痛哭哀號，赤膊光腳而行；又要哀號如豺狼，悲鳴像鴕鳥。

你們要逃跑，趕快逃命吧！你們好像曠野的灌木。

萬軍之耶和華說：看哪！我必攻擊你；我要把你的裙子掀到你的臉上，使萬國看見你赤身露體，使列邦看見你的羞恥。

所以我要把所有與你歡合的愛人，就是所有你所愛的和你所恨的，都聚集起來；我要把他們從四圍聚集起來攻擊你；我要在他們面前露出你的下體，使他們看見你全身赤裸。

他們必以憎恨待你，奪去你一切勞碌得來的，留下你赤身露體；你行淫的下體、你的淫蕩和淫亂，都必顯露出來。

你們要在摩押上面撒鹽，因為它必成為廢墟（“你們要在摩押上面撒鹽，因為它必成為廢墟”或譯：“你們要把翅膀給摩押，因為它必飛去”）；它的城鎮必成為荒涼，沒有人在裡面居住。
