For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one,‘ Go,’ and he goes; and that one,‘ Come,’ and he comes. I say to my servant,‘ Do this,’ and he does it.”

I know this because I am under the authority of my superior officers, and I have authority over my soldiers. I only need to say,‘ Go,’ and they go, or‘ Come,’ and they come. And if I say to my slaves,‘ Do this,’ they do it.”

為奴者應服從其世俗之主人、一切惟命、毋陽奉陰違、一如專務取悅於人者之所為、務宜表裏如一；畏主故也。

對為奴者、應勸其服從主人、事事委順、毋違言、

至前斥瘧、瘧退、婦即起而供事之。

耶穌醒而斥風、並謂海曰：『靜毋喧！』於是風平浪靜、一片安寧。乃謂徒曰：『胡斯餒也？豈尚無信德乎？』眾駭甚、彼此相告曰：『斯何人哉！並風與海亦惟命是聽矣！』

雷霆與白雪。飄風布聖旨。

為奴僕者、當服從斯世之主人、一如服從基督、戰戰兢兢、表裡如一、毋陽奉陰違、貌合神離、專以取悅於人為務；當如基督之奴僕、一本赤誠、奉行天主之旨、

但一起意。風掀浪翻。升如冲天。降若墜淵。踉蹌瞑眩。有如醉顚。雖有智巧。何以自全。情急求主。轉危為安。狂風懾威。噤若寒蟬。駭浪順命。靜如蠶眠。

蓋予亦屬人權下、士卒又處予權下、諭此曰去即去、呼彼曰來即來、凡有所命、僕必從焉。』

耶穌曰：『毋聲！速離此人。』穢魔在廣眾前、投其人於地而去、未加害。眾皆愕然相顧曰：『斯何道歟？言具威權、諭魔即出。』

綱常不變。維繫乾坤。普天率土。莫非爾臣。
