覩予者皆大施其嘲嗤兮。相與反其唇而搖其首。

猶太人曰：『吾人有律法、依法彼當死、以彼自稱天主子。』

況在父之所特聖、而遣入人世者、自稱為天主之子、而爾曹遂謂其僭妄乎？

夫天主不惜以其惟一聖子賜之於世、俾凡信之者、得免淪亡、而獲永生、是其愛世之篤、為何如乎？蓋天主遣子入世非以判世、乃以濟世。

素為予之磐石兮。今胡為棄我如遺。

僉曰主所絕。彼又無人濟。吾人盍追擊。執之反掌易。

耶穌謂之曰：『吾父健行、以至於今、予亦自強不息。』猶太人因耶穌不惟犯禮日禁例、且稱天主為己父、自與天主相等齊也、於是益欲置之於死、耶穌曰：『予切實語爾、子不能獨有所行、惟見父行者、子亦行之、蓋父之所行、子亦行焉。父篤愛其子、凡其所行、悉以示之；其所示者將有更大於斯者、爾將不勝駭異矣。蓋正如父之起死活人、子亦從心所欲、而賦人以生命。父不予人以黜陟、黜陟之權、已委之於子、欲使眾人敬子如敬父、凡不敬子者、即不敬遣子之父也。予切實告爾、人能聽從吾言、而信仰遣予來者、莫不享受永生、而免譴責、蓋已出死而入生矣。予切實語爾、時將屆矣、今即是也、死者當聞天主聖子之音、而聞之者咸得生焉。

主乎主乎。吾敵何多。耀武揚威。向我操戈。

平生侮貧人。貧人主所寵。

予與父、一而已矣！』

『吁、爾既能毀聖殿、而於三日內復建之、蓋自救歟！爾果為天主之子、盍自脫於架。』
