“ The wise ones answered,‘ No, there won’t be enough for us and for you. Go instead to those who sell oil, and buy some for yourselves.’

However, the prudent ones answered,‘ No, there most certainly would not be enough for us and you too; go instead to the merchants and buy some for yourselves.’

But the wise answered, saying,‘ No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’

But the wise answered, saying, Peradventure there will not be enough for us and you: go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.

“ The sensible ones answered,‘ No, there won’t be enough for us and for you. Go instead to those who sell, and buy oil for yourselves.’

But the wise answered, saying,‘ What if there isn’t enough for us and you? You go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’

一个也无法赎自己的弟兄，也不能替他将赎价给神，叫他长远活着，不见朽坏；因为赎他生命的价值极贵，只可永远罢休。

你说：我是富足，已经发了财，一样都不缺；却不知道你是那困苦、可怜、贫穷、瞎眼、赤身的。我劝你向我买火炼的金子，叫你富足；又买白衣穿上，叫你赤身的羞耻不露出来；又买眼药擦你的眼睛，使你能看见。

当趁耶和华可寻找的时候寻找他，相近的时候求告他。恶人当离弃自己的道路；不义的人当除掉自己的意念。归向耶和华，耶和华就必怜恤他；当归向我们的神，因为神必广行赦免。

耶和华对我说：“虽有摩西和撒母耳站在我面前代求，我的心也不顾惜这百姓。你将他们从我眼前赶出，叫他们去吧！

其中虽有挪亚、但以理、约伯这三人，他们只能因他们的义救自己的性命。这是主耶和华说的。我若使恶兽经过糟践那地，使地荒凉，以致因这些兽，人都不得经过；虽有这三人在其中，主耶和华说：我指着我的永生起誓，他们连儿带女都不能得救，只能自己得救，那地仍然荒凉。

虽有挪亚、但以理、约伯在其中，主耶和华说：我指着我的永生起誓，他们连儿带女都不能救，只能因他们的义救自己的性命。”

“你们一切干渴的都当就近水来；没有银钱的也可以来。你们都来，买了吃；不用银钱，不用价值，也来买酒和奶。你们为何花钱买那不足为食物的？用劳碌得来的买那不使人饱足的呢？你们要留意听我的话就能吃那美物，得享肥甘，心中喜乐。你们当就近我来；侧耳而听，就必得活。我必与你们立永约，就是应许大卫那可靠的恩典。
