曰、我誠語汝、吾不爾識也、

“ But he replied,‘ What I’m about to tell you is true. I don’t know you.’

But he answered,‘ Truly, I say to you, I do not know you.’

“ But he called back,‘ Believe me, I don’t know you!’

“ He replied,‘ Truly I tell you, I don’t know you!’

But he answered,‘ Truly I say to you, I do not know you.’

But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.

But he answered,‘ Most certainly I tell you, I don’t know you.’

Then you will say,‘ We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets!’But He will say,‘ I tell you, I don’t know you or where you’re from. Get away from Me, all you workers of unrighteousness!’There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth in that place, when you see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but yourselves thrown out.They will come from east and west, from north and south, and recline at the table in the kingdom of God.Note this: Some are last who will be first, and some are first who will be last.”

Nevertheless, God’s solid foundation stands firm, having this inscription: The Lord knows those who are His, and Everyone who names the name of the Lord must turn away from unrighteousness.

My sheep hear My voice, I know them, and they follow Me.

We know that God doesn’t listen to sinners, but if anyone is God-fearing and does His will, He listens to him.

The boastful cannot stand in Your presence; You hate all evildoers.

But if anyone loves God, he is known by Him.

For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to ruin.

But now, since you know God, or rather have become known by God, how can you turn back again to the weak and bankrupt elemental forces? Do you want to be enslaved to them all over again?

Your eyes are too pure to look on evil, and You cannot tolerate wrongdoing. So why do You tolerate those who are treacherous? Why are You silent while one who is wicked swallows up one who is more righteous than himself?
