若然、則基督自創世以來、多次受苦、惟在此末世、一次顯現、自獻為祭、以除人罪、

其中一人問立於河水上衣白細麻衣者曰、此異常之事、何時始驗、立於河水上衣白細麻衣者、向天舉左手右手、指永生之主而誓曰、必歷一期、二期、半期、折磨折磨或作分散聖民已畢、諸事咸應、我聞言、不明其旨、曰、我主歟、此事之終、究將若何、

若家主知何更盜至、則必警醒、不致盜穴其室、此爾所知也、

人子之臨、正如挪亞之日、

敵播稗者、魔也、收穫時者、世之末也、刈者、天使也、集稗而焚於火、世之末亦將如是、

爾可以無花果樹為譬、其枝柔葉萌、則知夏時近矣、如是爾見此諸兆、則知彼已近及門矣、

蓋猶電發自東而閃至西、人子降臨亦若是、

世末亦然、天使將出、於義人中以別惡人、

兄弟乎、言及日期、無庸我書以示爾、蓋爾曹詳知主日將至、如盜之乘夜而來、人適平康安泰之時、而禍突臨、如產難臨於妊婦、必不得免、但兄弟非在幽暗、故其日不能如盜臨爾、爾曹皆為光明之人、為白晝之人、我儕不屬於夜、不屬於暗、是以我儕不可如他人之寢、當警醒謹守、因寢者寢於夜、醉者醉於夜、惟我儕為白晝之人、當謹守、以信與愛為甲衣之、以得救之望為盔戴之、蓋天主非預定我儕遭怒、乃預定我儕賴主耶穌基督而得救、彼為我死、使我或醒或寢、皆與彼同生、故當彼此勸慰、互相建德、如爾素所行者、○

教之守凡我所命爾者、且我常偕爾、至於世末、阿們、

彼得見之、問耶穌曰、主、此人將如何、耶穌曰、若我欲彼存待我來、與爾何與、爾惟從我、
