「你們這假冒為善的文士和法利賽人有禍了！因為你們洗淨杯盤的外面，裏面卻盛滿了勒索和放蕩。

「你們這假冒為善的文士和法利賽人有禍了！因為你們洗淨杯盤的外面，裏面卻滿了貪婪和放蕩。

「你們這假冒為善的文士和法利賽人有禍了！因為你們洗淨杯盤的外面，裏面卻滿了貪婪和放蕩。

「虛偽的律法教師和法利賽人啊，你們有禍了！你們洗淨杯盤的外面，裡頭卻盛滿了貪婪和放縱。

“虛偽的經學家和法利賽人哪，你們有禍了！你們洗淨杯盤的外面，裡面卻裝滿了搶奪和放蕩。

『經學士和法利賽人、假冒為善的人哪，你們有禍啊！因為你們潔淨杯盤的外面；裏面呢、卻滿了勒索和放縱。

「經文士和法利賽人哪，你們這些偽善的人有禍了！因為你們洗淨杯子、盤子的外面，裡面卻盛滿了貪心和放縱。

禍哉、爾偽善之士子與法利賽人乎、以爾潔杯盤之外、而內充以劫奪邪侈也、

偽善之士子、𠵽唎㘔人、其有禍乎、以爾潔杯盤之外、而劫奪非義充其內、

禍哉爾偽善之經士與法利賽人、因爾潔杯盤之外、內則充滿劫奪及非義、

哀哉爾經生與法利塞人、虛偽之徒也！蓋爾第潔杯盤之表、而內充貪污邪欲。

“ Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence.

“ How terrible for you, teachers of the law and Pharisees! You pretenders! You clean the outside of a cup and dish. But on the inside you are full of greed. You only want to satisfy yourselves.

“ Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you clean the outside of the cup and the plate, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence.

“ What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you are so careful to clean the outside of the cup and the dish, but inside you are filthy— full of greed and self indulgence!

“ Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence.

“ Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you clean the outside of the cup and of the dish, but inside they are full of robbery and self indulgence.

“ Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you cleanse the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of extortion and self-indulgence.

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye cleanse the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full from extortion and excess.

“ Woe to you, experts in the law and you Pharisees, hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and the dish, but inside they are full of greed and self- indulgence.

“ Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and unrighteousness.

主就对他说：“如今你们法利赛人洗净杯子、盘子的外面，但你们里面却充满着贪心和恶意。你们这些愚妄的人！那位造了外面的，不也造了里面吗？

因为从心里发出种种恶念：杀人、通奸、淫乱、偷窃、做伪证、毁谤，这些才会使人污秽；而不洗手就吃饭，不会使人污秽。”

他们从街市上回来，如果不行洗净礼，也就不吃饭；他们还有很多其他的传统要拘守，例如洗杯子、瓶子、铜器，甚至床等。于是，法利赛人和经文士就问耶稣：“你的门徒们为什么不照着古人的传统行事，用不洁净的手吃饭呢？”耶稣对他们说：“以赛亚指着你们这些伪善的人所说的预言是对的，正如经上所记：‘这子民用嘴唇尊重我，他们的心却远离我。他们敬拜我也是徒然的，因为他们把人的规条当做教义教导人。’你们离弃了神的命令，而拘守人的传统。”耶稣又对他们说：“你们为了要守住你们的传统，竟然弃绝了神的命令！摩西吩咐过‘你要孝敬你的父母’，又说‘咒骂父亲或母亲的人，必须处死。’你们却说‘如果一个人对父亲或母亲说：我本该给你的，已经做了“各尔板”——这意思是“圣殿奉献”，就准许这个人可以不再为父母做什么了。’这样，你们就藉着所继承的传统，废弃了神的话语。你们还做很多类似这样的事。”

这地的人因酒颠三倒四，因烈酒摇晃迷糊；祭司和先知也因烈酒颠三倒四，因酒混乱，因烈酒摇晃迷糊；他们看异象时颠三倒四，作判决时摇摆不定。每张桌子都满了污秽的呕吐物，没有一处不污秽。
