“虚伪的律法教师和法利赛人啊，你们有祸了！因为你们走遍海洋和陆地去引人入教，等人入了教，却使他沦为地狱之子，比你们还坏一倍。

“虚伪的经学家和法利赛人哪，你们有祸了！你们走遍海洋陆地，要使一个人入教；当他入了教，你们却使他沦为地狱之子，比你们更甚。

“经文士和法利赛人哪，你们这些伪善的人有祸了！因为你们为了使一个人入教，走遍海洋和陆地，一旦那人成了教徒，你们就使他成为比你们加倍坏的地狱之子。

「虛偽的律法教師和法利賽人啊，你們有禍了！因為你們走遍海洋和陸地去引人入教，等人入了教，卻使他淪為地獄之子，比你們還壞兩倍。

“虛偽的經學家和法利賽人哪，你們有禍了！你們走遍海洋陸地，要使一個人入教；當他入了教，你們卻使他淪為地獄之子，比你們更甚。

經學士和法利賽人、假冒為善的人哪，你們有禍啊！因為你們周遊了洋海旱地，使一個人成了歸依人，既歸依了，你們又使他做該入地獄的人，比你們還加倍！

「經文士和法利賽人哪，你們這些偽善的人有禍了！因為你們為了使一個人入教，走遍海洋和陸地，一旦那人成了教徒，你們就使他成為比你們加倍壞的地獄之子。

禍哉、爾偽善之士子、與法利賽人乎、以爾周行水陸、使一人進教、既進矣、乃使為地獄之人、較倍於爾也、○

偽善之士子、𠵽唎㘔人、其有禍乎、以爾周行水陸、使一人進教、既進、又使為地獄之人、較倍於爾也、

禍哉爾偽善之經士與法利賽人、因爾周行水陸、導一人進教、及進教、使之為磯很拿之人、較倍於爾也、

哀哉爾經生與法利塞人、虛偽之徒也、蓋爾周行海陸、招人入教、既入、則引之為地獄子、較爾猶惡。

“ Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You travel over land and sea to win a single convert, and when you have succeeded, you make them twice as much a child of hell as you are.

“ How terrible for you, teachers of the law and Pharisees! You pretenders! You travel everywhere to win one person to your faith. Then you make them twice as much a child of hell as you are.

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you travel across sea and land to make a single proselyte, and when he becomes a proselyte, you make him twice as much a child of hell as yourselves.

“ What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you cross land and sea to make one convert, and then you turn that person into twice the child of hell you yourselves are!

“ Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! You travel over land and sea to make one convert, and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a child of hell as you are!

“ Woe to you, experts in the law and you Pharisees, hypocrites! You cross land and sea to make one convert, and when you get one, you make him twice as much a child of hell as yourselves!

散會以後，有許多猶太人和敬虔的皈依猶太教的人跟從了保羅和巴拿巴。二人對他們講話，勸他們務要恆久倚靠神的恩典。

但是我告訴你們：凡向弟兄動怒的，必須受審判；凡罵弟兄是廢物的，必須受議會的審判；凡罵弟兄是白痴的，必須遭受地獄的火。

我們從前也都生活在他們當中，放縱肉體的私慾，隨着肉體和心中的意念去做，和別人一樣，生來就是該受懲罰的人。

但那不順從的猶太人煽動外邦人，使他們心裏仇恨弟兄。

說：「你這充滿各樣詭詐奸惡，魔鬼的兒子，一切正義的仇敵，你還不停止扭曲主的正道嗎？

那些熱心待你們的人，不懷好意，是要隔絕你們，好使你們熱心待他們。

那些想要炫耀外表的人才勉強你們受割禮，無非是怕自己為基督的十字架受迫害。

弗呂家、旁非利亞、埃及的人，並靠近古利奈的利比亞一帶地方的人，僑居的羅馬人，

但有些猶太人，從安提阿和以哥念來，挑唆眾人，並且用石頭打保羅，以為他死了，就把他拖到城外。

但不信的猶太人心裏嫉妒，聚集了些市井流氓，搭夥成羣，煽動全城的人闖進耶孫的家，要把保羅和西拉帶到民眾那裏。那些人找不着他們，就把耶孫和幾個弟兄拉到地方官那裏，喊叫着：「這些攪亂天下的人也到這裏來了，

你們是出於你們的父魔鬼，你們寧願隨着你們父的慾念而行。他從起初就是殺人的，不守真理，因他心裏沒有真理。他說謊是出於自己的本性，因他本來是說謊的，也是說謊者之父。

但帖撒羅尼迦的猶太人知道保羅又在庇哩亞傳神的道，就往那裏去，煽動挑撥羣眾。

王的諭旨和敕令所到的各省各城，猶太人都歡喜快樂，擺設宴席，以那日為吉日。國中許多民族的人因懼怕猶太人，就自稱為猶太人。

這話使全會眾都喜悅，就揀選了司提反－他是一個滿有信心和聖靈的人；他們又揀選了腓利、伯羅哥羅、尼迦挪、提門、巴米拿，並皈依猶太教的安提阿人尼哥拉，

若是你的右眼使你跌倒，就把它挖出來，丟掉。寧可失去身體中的一部分，也不讓整個身體被扔進地獄。
