曰：『凱撒也。』曰：『當以凱撒之物歸凱撒、而以天主之物歸天主。』

“ Caesar’s,” they replied. Then he said to them,“ So give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.”

“ Caesar’s,” they replied. Then he said to them,“ So give back to Caesar what belongs to Caesar. And give back to God what belongs to God.”

They said,“ Caesar’s.” Then he said to them,“ Therefore render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.”

“ Caesar’s,” they replied.“ Well, then,” he said,“ give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar, and give to God what belongs to God.”

“ Caesar’s,” they said to him. Then he said to them,“ Give, then, to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.”

They* said to Him,“ Caesar’s.” Then He* said to them,“ Then pay to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s; and to God the things that are God’s.”

They said to Him,“ Caesar’s.” And He said to them,“ Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.”

They say unto him, Cæsar’s. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Cæsar the things that are Cæsar’s; and unto God the things that are God’s.

“ Caesar’s,” they said to Him. Then He said to them,“ Therefore give back to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.”

萬軍之耶和華曰、輕視我名之祭司歟、子尊其父、僕尊其主、我若為父、尊我者安在、我若為主、畏我者安在、爾曰、我於何事輕視爾名乎、爾以不潔之餅、奉於我壇、猶曰我於何事污爾乎、爾言耶和華之几、可藐視也、萬軍之耶和華曰、爾獻瞽牲為祭、豈非惡乎、爾獻跛牲病牲、豈非惡乎、今試奉於爾之方伯、彼豈悅爾、而納爾乎、

曰、當盡心、盡性、盡意、愛主爾之上帝、

彼得約翰曰、聽爾曹、過於聽上帝、在上帝前為義否、爾其審之、

我子、宜敬畏耶和華與王、好更張者、勿與之交、

既近於洞、哀聲呼但以理曰、維生上帝之僕但以理歟、爾恆事之上帝、能救爾脫於獅害乎、但以理對曰、願王萬歲、我之上帝遣其使箝獅口俾不傷我、以我於其前無罪、在王前亦未行不善也、王喜甚、命取但以理出洞、遂取之出、其身毫無所傷、因信賴其上帝也、

訟之曰、我見此人、誘惑我邦、禁納稅於該撒、自稱為基督為王也、

沙得拉米煞亞伯尼歌對曰、尼布甲尼撒歟、斯事、我儕無庸答爾、果爾、我所事之上帝、能拯我於烈火之爐、亦必拯我於爾手、即不然、王當知我決不事爾神、不拜爾所立之金像、

人可行竊於上帝乎、爾乃行竊於我、爾曰於何行竊於爾、在於輸什一、及獻禮物也、爾受詛矣、蓋舉國行竊於我也、萬軍之耶和華曰、其輸什一、悉歸府庫、俾我室中有糧、以此試我、是否為爾啟天之牖、傾福於爾、無地可容、

曰然、既而入屋、耶穌先之曰、西門、爾意若何、世上諸王、向誰徵餉收稅乎、向己子乎、向庶民乎、對曰、庶民耳、耶穌曰、然則己子可蠲矣、但恐觸其怒、汝往海垂釣、取先上之魚、啟其口、將得金一枚、為我與汝納之、

耶穌曰、撒但退、記有之、當拜主爾之上帝而獨事之、

但以理知王簽押此文、則歸其家、其室之牖、啟向耶路撒冷、屈膝而跪、日凡三次、禱告稱謝其上帝、同於往日、彼眾會集、見但以理禱告祈求於其上帝前、

為主故、服人諸制、或在上之王、或王所遣罰惡彰善之方伯、蓋上帝之旨、欲以善行杜愚人無知之口、爾得自由、勿以自由而掩惡、惟如上帝之僕、宜敬眾人、愛兄弟、畏上帝、尊君王、○
