謂之曰：「友、無禮服安得入此？」其人默然。

就对他说：‘朋友，你到这里来怎么不穿礼服呢？’那人无言可答。

就对他说：‘朋友，你到这里来怎么不穿礼服呢？’那人无言可答。

就对他说：‘朋友，你到这里来怎么不穿礼服呢？’那人无言可答。

就问他，‘朋友，你来这里怎么不穿婚宴的礼服呢？’那人无言以对。

就对他说：‘朋友，你没有婚筵的礼服，怎能进到这里来呢？’他就无话可说。

就对他说：‘朋友，你进到这里来怎么没有穿婚宴的礼服呢？’那个人哑口无言。

就對他說：『朋友，你到這裏來怎麼不穿禮服呢？』那人無言可答。

就對他說：『朋友，你到這裏來怎麼不穿禮服呢？』那人無言可答。

就對他說：『朋友，你到這裏來怎麼不穿禮服呢？』那人無言可答。

就問他，『朋友，你來這裡怎麼不穿婚宴的禮服呢？』那人無言以對。

就對他說：‘朋友，你沒有婚筵的禮服，怎能進到這裡來呢？’他就無話可說。

就對他說：「同伴哪，你沒有婚筵禮服，怎麼進這裏來呢？」那人閉口無言。

就對他說：『朋友，你進到這裡來怎麼沒有穿婚宴的禮服呢？』那個人啞口無言。

謂之曰、友乎、不衣禮服、胡為乎來、其人默然、

客不衣禮服、胡為乎來、賓默然、

語之曰、友乎、爾不衣禮服何至此乎、其人默然、

He asked,‘ How did you get in here without wedding clothes, friend?’ The man was speechless.

‘ Friend,’ he asked,‘ how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ The man couldn’t think of anything to say.

And he said to him,‘ Friend, how did you get in here without a wedding garment?’ And he was speechless.

‘ Friend,’ he asked,‘ how is it that you are here without wedding clothes?’ But the man had no reply.

So he said to him,‘ Friend, how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ The man was speechless.

and he* said to him,‘ Friend, how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ And the man was speechless.

So he said to him,‘ Friend, how did you come in here without a wedding garment?’ And he was speechless.

and he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding- garment? And he was speechless.

So he said to him,‘ Friend, how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ The man was speechless.

And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.

And he said to him,‘ Friend, how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ But he had nothing to say.

and he said to him,‘ Friend, how did you come in here not wearing wedding clothing?’ He was speechless.

耶穌曰：『友乎、爾來何為？』於是眾蠭擁而至、遂執耶穌。

主謂其一曰：「友乎、我未負爾；爾非與我約以一錢乎？

蓋吾語爾、苟爾之仁義、無以尚乎經生與法利塞人者、爾必不得進天國也。

賢者覩此。相顧怡悅。不肖覩此。相顧結舌。

惟兩人相商、私留數金、而以所餘獻宗徒。伯鐸祿曰：『亞拿尼亞爾何沙殫蒙心、私藏所得、以欺聖神乎？田未鬻、非爾之所有乎？鬻而得銀、又非爾之所屬乎？今爾心懷譎詐、是誠何為？爾非欺人、直欺天主耳！』亞拿尼亞聞言、仆地而絕、聞者悚然，諸少年殮而葬之。逾三時、其妻入、猶未悉其夫之所遇。伯鐸祿曰：『鬻田所得盡於此乎？可自言之。』曰：『然、盡於此矣。』伯鐸祿曰：『夫婦同謀、以試天主之神；葬爾夫者、足已及門、行將舁爾去矣！』婦立仆伯鐸祿足前而絕。少年返、見其已逝、亦舁之出、葬於其夫之側。全會同人、及聞其事者無不懍然戒懼焉。

若而人者、其心已陷溺、不可救藥、明知而故犯蓋已自證其罪矣。

夫法之所言、所以昭示法內之人、亦所以塞夫人之口、而使舉世皆服罪於天主之前也。

故望爾等在時機未熟之前、勿遽下評斷；務須靜候主之來臨。屆時、彼必燭幽揚隱、揭曉人心之思慮；而人人必得公允之褒獎矣。

伯鐸祿曰：『願爾與金偕亡！爾思以金錢易取天主之恩賜乎？在天主前、爾心不正、實無與於斯道、故當痛悔、虔求天主、一念之錯或可望赦。吾見爾正處於荼毒之中、為罪惡重加束縛。』
