Jesus said to them,“ Have you never read in the Scriptures:“‘ The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes’

Jesus said to them,“ Haven’t you ever read what the Scriptures say,“‘ The stone the builders didn’t accept has become the most important stone of all. The Lord has done it. It is wonderful in our eyes’?( Psalm 118:22, 23)

Jesus said to them,“ Have you never read in the Scriptures:“‘ The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; this was the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes’?

Then Jesus asked them,“ Didn’t you ever read this in the Scriptures?‘ The stone that the builders rejected has now become the cornerstone. This is the Lord’s doing, and it is wonderful to see.’

Jesus said to them,“ Have you never read in the Scriptures: The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. This is what the Lord has done and it is wonderful in our eyes?

Jesus* said to them,“ Did you never read in the Scriptures,‘ A stone which the builders rejected, This has become the chief cornerstone; This came about from the Lord, And it is marvelous in our eyes’?

Jesus said to them,“ Have you never read in the Scriptures:‘ The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone. This was the Lord’s doing, And it is marvelous in our eyes’?

Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, The same was made the head of the corner; This was from the Lord, And it is marvellous in our eyes?

Jesus said to them,“ Have you never read in the Scriptures: The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. This came from the Lord and is wonderful in our eyes?

工匠丢弃的石头已成了房角石。这是耶和华的作为，在我们看来奇妙莫测。

所以主耶和华说：“看啊，我要在锡安放一块基石，一块经过考验的石头，一块根基稳固的宝贵房角石，信靠的人必不致蒙羞。

“‘祂是你们工匠丢弃的石头，已成了房角石。’

主是活石，虽然被人弃绝，却被上帝拣选、视为宝贵。你们也如同活石，被用来建造属灵的宫殿，好做圣洁的祭司，借着耶稣基督献上蒙上帝悦纳的灵祭。因为圣经上说：“看啊，我在锡安放了一块蒙拣选的宝贵房角石，信靠祂的人必不会蒙羞。”所以，对你们信的人而言，这石头是宝贵的；但对那些不信的人来说，却是：“工匠丢弃的石头，已成了房角石。”也是：“绊脚石和使人跌倒的磐石。”他们跌倒是因为他们不顺服真道，这种下场早已注定了。

正如圣经上说：“看啊！我在锡安放了一块绊脚石，一块使人跌倒的磐石。但信靠祂的人必不致蒙羞。”

你们已被建立在众使徒和先知们的基础上，基督耶稣自己是房角石。

耶稣定睛看着他们，问道：“那么，圣经上说，“‘工匠丢弃的石头已成了房角石’，这句话是什么意思呢？凡跌在这石头上的人，将粉身碎骨；这石头落在谁身上，将把谁砸烂。”

圣经上说，“‘工匠丢弃的石头已成了房角石。这是主的作为，在我们看来奇妙莫测。’你们没有读过这经文吗？”

约书亚大祭司啊，你和坐在你面前的同伴们听着，你们都是将来之事的预兆——我将使我仆人大卫的苗裔兴起。看啊，这是我在约书亚面前安置的石头，它有七眼，我要在上面刻上字，并在一天之内除掉这地方的罪。这是万军之耶和华说的。

你们要当心，免得先知说的话应验在你们身上，“‘藐视真理的人啊，看吧！你们要在惊惧中灭亡，因为我要在你们的时代行一件事，即使有人告诉你们，你们也不会信。’”

祂借着启示让我明白福音的奥秘，正如我前面简要提过的。你们读过之后，就能明白我对基督的奥秘有深刻的认识。自古以来，上帝没有让人知道这奥秘，如今祂借着圣灵将这奥秘启示给祂的圣使徒和先知。这奥秘就是外族人能够在基督耶稣里借着福音与以色列人同做后嗣，同为一体，同享应许。上帝运用大能赐给我恩典，叫我成为这福音的使者。我本来比最卑微的圣徒还卑微，却蒙上帝赐我这恩典，让我把基督那测不透的丰富传给外族人，让全人类都明白世代隐藏在创造万物的上帝里面的奥秘，

耶和华说：“你们环顾列国，仔细察看，必惊奇不已，因为我要在你们的时代行一件事，即使你们听说了也不会相信。
