Jesus stopped, called them, and said,“ What do you want me to do for you?”

Jesus stopped and called them.“ What do you want me to do for you?” he asked.

“ This is what the sovereign LORD says: I will allow the house of Israel to ask me to do this for them: I will multiply their people like sheep.

Do not be anxious about anything. Instead, in every situation, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, tell your requests to God.

He said to her,“ What do you want?” She replied,“ Permit these two sons of mine to sit, one at your right hand and one at your left, in your kingdom.”

Therefore when you sent for me, I came without any objection. Now may I ask why you sent for me?”
