上帝從未對任何一個天使說：「你坐在我的右邊，等我使你的仇敵成為你的腳凳。」天使豈不都是服役的靈嗎？他們奉差遣，豈不是去為那些將要承受救恩的人服務嗎？

婦人則逃到曠野，在上帝為她預備的地方安度一千二百六十天。

他用毒計苦害我們的同胞，虐待我們的祖先，強令他們把嬰孩拋棄，不讓嬰孩存活。

如果你們在一個地方遭迫害，就避到另一個地方。我實在告訴你們，沒等你們走遍以色列的城鎮，人子就來了。

抬約櫃的祭司站在約旦河中間，一直站到耶和華吩咐約書亞交待民眾做的每一件事都完成了，正如摩西對約書亞的吩咐。民眾迅速過了河。
