门徒对耶稣说：“丈夫和妻子的关系既是这样，倒不如不娶。”

门徒对耶稣说：“如果夫妻关系是这样，还不如不结婚。”

门徒对他说：“夫妻的关系既然是这样，倒不如不结婚了。”

他的门徒们对耶稣说：“如果丈夫与妻子的关系是这样，结婚就没有益处了。”

門徒對耶穌說：「人和妻子既是這樣，倒不如不娶。」

他的門徒們對耶穌說：「如果丈夫與妻子的關係是這樣，結婚就沒有益處了。」

門徒曰、人於妻如此、寧勿娶、

門徒曰：『若夫妻關係、嚴格乃爾、則不如不娶之為善矣。』

The disciples said to him,“ If this is the situation between a husband and wife, it is better not to marry.”

Here is what the disciples said to him.“ If that’s the way it is between a husband and wife, it is better not to get married.”

The disciples said to him,“ If such is the case of a man with his wife, it is better not to marry.”

Jesus’ disciples then said to him,“ If this is the case, it is better not to marry!”

His disciples said to him,“ If the relationship of a man with his wife is like this, it’s better not to marry.”

The disciples* said to Him,“ If the relationship of the man with his wife is like this, it is better not to marry.”

His disciples said to Him,“ If such is the case of the man with his wife, it is better not to marry.”

The disciples say unto him, If the case of the man is so with his wife, it is not expedient to marry.

The disciples said to him,“ If this is the case of a husband with a wife, it is better not to marry!”

我对没有嫁娶的和寡妇说，他们若能维持独身像我一样就好。

因现今的艰难，据我看来，人不如安于现状。你已经有了妻子，就不要求摆脱；你还没有妻子，就不要想娶妻。你若娶妻，并不是犯罪；未婚女子若出嫁，也不是犯罪。然而，这等人会遭受肉身上的苦难，我宁愿你们免受这苦难。

他们禁止嫁娶，又禁戒食物—就是神所造、让那信而明白真理的人存感谢的心领受的。

得着妻子的，得着好处，他是蒙了耶和华的恩惠。

关于你们信上所提的事，男人不亲近女人倒好。但为了避免淫乱的事，男人当各有自己的妻子，女人也当各有自己的丈夫。

宁可住在房顶的一角，也不与好争吵的妇人同住。

宁可住在旷野之地，也不与争吵易怒的妇人同住。

至于年轻的寡妇，你要拒绝登记，因为她们情欲冲动、背弃基督的时候，就想嫁人，她们因废弃了当初所许的愿而被定罪。同时，她们又学了懒惰，习惯于挨家闲逛；不但懒惰，而且说长道短，好管闲事，说些不该说的话。所以，我希望年轻的寡妇嫁人，生养儿女，治理家务，不让敌人有辱骂的把柄，因为已经有一些人转去随从撒但了。

你要喝自己池中的水，饮自己井里的活水。你的泉源岂可溢流在外？你的河水岂可流到街上？让它们惟独归你，不可与陌生人同享。要使你的泉源蒙福，要喜爱你年轻时的妻子。她如可爱的母鹿，如优美的母羊，愿她的胸怀使你时时满足，愿你常常迷恋她的爱情。

愚昧的儿子是父亲的祸患，妻子的争吵如雨连连滴漏。房屋钱财是祖宗所遗留的；惟有贤慧的妻是耶和华所赐的。

丈夫活着的时候，妻子是受约束的；丈夫若长眠了，妻子就自由了，可以随意再嫁，只是要嫁给主里面的人。然而，按我的意见，她若能守节就更有福气。我想我自己也有神的灵的感动。

我愿你们一无挂虑。没有结婚的是为主的事挂虑，想怎样令主喜悦；结了婚的是为世上的事挂虑，想怎样让妻子喜悦，于是，他就分心了。没有结婚的和未婚的女子是为主的事挂虑，为要身体和心灵都圣洁；已经出嫁的是为世上的事挂虑，想怎样让丈夫喜悦。我说这话是为你们的益处，不是要限制你们，而是要你们做合宜的事，得以不分心地对主忠诚。

耶和华神说：“那人单独一个不好，我要为他造一个配偶帮助他。”
