我确实地告诉你们：你们在地上所捆绑的，在天上将是已经被捆绑了的；你们在地上所释放的，在天上将是被释放了的。

“我实在告诉你们，凡你们在地上所捆绑的，在天上也要捆绑；凡你们在地上所释放的，在天上也要释放。

吾實語爾、凡爾等所縛於地者、在天亦當見縛爾等所釋於地者在天亦當見釋。

“ Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

“ What I’m about to tell you is true. What you lock on earth will be locked in heaven. What you unlock on earth will be unlocked in heaven.

Truly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

“ I tell you the truth, whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven.

Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will have been loosed in heaven.

Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.

“ Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

Verily I say unto you, What things soever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and what things soever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

I assure you: Whatever you bind on earth is already bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth is already loosed in heaven.

Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

“ I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven.

Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven.

我要把天国的钥匙赐给你，你在地上所捆绑的，在天上将是已经被捆绑了的；你在地上所释放的，在天上将是被释放了的。”

你们在任何事上饶恕了谁，我也饶恕谁；实际上，我如果饶恕了什么，我所饶恕的，就是在基督面前为了你们的缘故而饶恕的，

你们赦免谁的罪，谁的罪就已经被赦免了；你们留下谁的罪，谁的罪就已经被留下了。”

“你要给那在费拉德菲亚教会的使者写信说：“那位神圣的、真实的，拿着大卫的钥匙、开了就没有人能关、关了就没有人能开的，这样说：我知道你的行为。看哪，我在你面前赐下了一个敞开的门，是没有人能关上的；这是因为你能力小，但你遵守了我的话语，没有否认我的名。

当你们聚集，与我的灵和我们主耶稣的权能同在的时候，你们要奉我们主耶稣的名，把这样的人交给撒旦，使他的肉体毁灭，好让他的灵魂在主的日子可以得救。

他们带去的信这样写着：“做使徒的和年长的弟兄们，问候安提阿、叙利亚省和奇里乞亚省的外邦弟兄们。我们听说从我们这里出去的一些人，用一些话使你们不安，搅扰你们的心灵。其实我们没有吩咐他们。我们已达成了一致，认为应该拣选几个人，派他们与我们亲爱的巴拿巴和保罗一起到你们那里去。这两个人都为我们主耶稣基督的名，已经把自己的生命置之度外。所以我们派了犹大和赛拉斯去，他们会亲口报告同样的事，因为圣灵和我们都认为，除了以下几件必须遵守的事以外，不该把更多的重担加给你们：就是要远避祭过偶像的食物，远避血和勒死的动物，远避淫乱。你们如果保守自己远离这些，就做得很好了。祝你们安康！”于是这些人被派遣，下到安提阿，召集了会众，把信函交给他们。读完了信，会众因着那鼓励的话而感到欢喜。
