When he left there, Jesus went along the Sea of Galilee. Then he went up a mountain, where he sat down.

Jesus left there and went along the Sea of Galilee. Then he went up on a mountainside and sat down.

After this Jesus went away to the other side of the Sea of Galilee( also called the Sea of Tiberias).

As he was walking by the Sea of Galilee he saw two brothers, Simon( called Peter) and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea( for they were fishermen).

When he saw the crowds, he went up the mountain. After he sat down his disciples came to him.

As he went along the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew, Simon’s brother, casting a net into the sea( for they were fishermen).

( 8: 23) The gloom will be dispelled for those who were anxious. In earlier times he humiliated the land of Zebulun, and the land of Naphtali; but now he brings honor to the way of the sea, the region beyond the Jordan, and Galilee of the nations.

After this Jesus revealed himself again to the disciples by the Sea of Tiberias. Now this is how he did so.

Now Jesus was standing by the Lake of Gennesaret, and the crowd was pressing around him to hear the word of God.

When he left there, Jesus went along the Sea of Galilee. Then he went up a mountain, where he sat down.Then large crowds came to him bringing with them the lame, blind, crippled, mute, and many others. They laid them at his feet, and he healed them.As a result, the crowd was amazed when they saw the mute speaking, the crippled healthy, the lame walking, and the blind seeing, and they praised the God of Israel.

Then Jesus went out again from the region of Tyre and came through Sidon to the Sea of Galilee in the region of the Decapolis.They brought to him a deaf man who had difficulty speaking, and they asked him to place his hands on him.After Jesus took him aside privately, away from the crowd, he put his fingers in the man’s ears, and after spitting, he touched his tongue.Then he looked up to heaven and said with a sigh,“ Ephphatha”( that is,“ Be opened”).And immediately the man’s ears were opened, his tongue loosened, and he spoke plainly.Jesus ordered them not to tell anything. But as much as he ordered them not to do this, they proclaimed it all the more.People were completely astounded and said,“ He has done everything well. He even makes the deaf hear and the mute speak.”

And such a large crowd gathered around him that he got into a boat to sit while the whole crowd stood on the shore.

His kingdom included the eastern Arabah from the Sea of Kinnereth to the Sea of the Arabah( the Salt Sea), including the route to Beth Jeshimoth and the area southward below the slopes of Pisgah.

But some boats from Tiberias came to shore near the place where they had eaten the bread after the Lord had given thanks.
