然始以此為我益、今緣基督、吾以為損、且悟諸事、較吾主基督耶穌至道為損、故篾棄諸事、視為糞土、致獲乎基督、欲恆賴基督、非以己守法稱義、乃以信基督、即上帝以人信主而稱義、

如是、爾曹不舍所有者、不得為我徒也、○

蓋爾財所在、爾心亦在焉、

宜求智慧、服膺真理。

其人聞之、甚憂、巨富故也、耶穌見其憂甚、曰、有財者、入上帝國、難矣哉、

凡為我名、離屋宇、兄弟、姊妹、父母、妻子、田疇者、將受百倍、而得永生、

彼得曰、吾儕舍一切以從爾、將何得歟、

耶和華曰、口渴者當臨水濱、無金者當至此酤酒乳、市食物、無需價值。

我為爾謀、當求煆煉之金於我、則可致富、亦求白衣自衣、以免裸裎、庶無愧怍、求膏膏爾目、則得見、

經云、上帝為愛之者所備之事、目未見、耳未聞、心未念、惟上帝以聖神啟我、蓋聖神窮萬理、及上帝之奧、

耶穌曰、爾欲盡善、往售所有以濟貧、則必有財於天、且來從我、

信者會同、有無相通、有所需、變物產分之、日日一心在殿、家擘其餅、以歡以誠而食、讚美上帝、獲愛於民、主以得救之人、日增其會焉、

又設譬曰、天國猶人播美種於田、

遂急下、喜迎之、眾非耶穌曰、何為宿罪人之家、撒該起、謂主曰、主、我以所有之半濟貧、誣詐人者、則四倍償之、

蓋爾猶死、而生命與基督共藏於上帝、基督為我生命之原、及其顯著、爾亦共顯於光明之域、

蓋我在縲絏、爾體恤之、人奪爾業、爾喜受之、自知在天有愈美恆存之業、

信者之眾、一心一志、不私己財、有無相通、使徒力證主耶穌復生、眾獲大寵焉、其聞無窮乏者、蓋有田宅者、售而挈其金、置使徒前、有所需則分之、○

愚者得金、何益之有、蓋使市智慧、而念不及此。

昔經所載、皆以訓我、因經言忍言慰、使我得望、

耶穌曰、我即生之餅、就我者決不饑、信我者永不渴、

基督之道、充塞爾中、懷厥智慧彼此勸誨、以詩章、歌頌、神賦、虔心頌主、

目是者縱己意、棄實學。
