“ The man who hates and divorces his wife,” says the Lord, the God of Israel,“ does violence to the one he should protect,” says the Lord Almighty. So be on your guard, and do not be unfaithful.

“ Suppose a man hates and divorces his wife,” says the Lord God of Israel.“ Then he is harming the one he should protect,” says the Lord who rules over all. So be careful. And don’t be unfaithful.

“ For the man who does not love his wife but divorces her, says the Lord, the God of Israel, covers his garment with violence, says the Lord of hosts. So guard yourselves in your spirit, and do not be faithless.”

“ For I hate divorce!” says the Lord, the God of Israel.“ To divorce your wife is to overwhelm her with cruelty,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.“ So guard your heart; do not be unfaithful to your wife.”

“ If he hates and divorces his wife,” says the LORD God of Israel,“ he covers his garment with injustice,” says the LORD of Armies. Therefore, watch yourselves carefully, and do not act treacherously.

“ For I hate divorce,” says the Lord, the God of Israel,“ and him who covers his garment with violence,” says the Lord of armies.“ So be careful about your spirit, that you do not deal treacherously.”

“ For the Lord God of Israel says That He hates divorce, For it covers one’s garment with violence,” Says the Lord of hosts.“ Therefore take heed to your spirit, That you do not deal treacherously.”

For I hate putting away, saith Jehovah, the God of Israel, and him that covereth his garment with violence, saith Jehovah of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously.

One who hates and divorces”, says Yahweh, the God of Israel,“ covers his garment with violence!” says Yahweh of Armies.“ Therefore pay attention to your spirit, that you don’t be unfaithful.

任何人休妻另娶，就是犯通奸罪，娶被休的女子也是犯通奸罪。”

“还有话说，‘人若休妻，必须给她休书’。但我告诉你们，除非是妻子不贞，否则，休妻就是使妻子犯通奸罪，娶被休女子的人也犯了通奸罪。

有几个法利赛人到耶稣那里想试探祂，便问祂：“丈夫可以用任何理由休妻吗？”耶稣回答说：“你们没有读过吗？太初，造物主造了男人和女人，并且说，‘因此，人要离开父母，与妻子结合，二人成为一体。’这样，夫妻不再是两个人，而是一体了。因此，上帝配合的，人不可分开。”他们追问：“那么，为什么摩西说，只要给妻子休书，就可以休她呢？”耶稣说：“因为摩西知道你们铁石心肠，所以才准你们休妻。但起初并不是这样。我告诉你们，除非是妻子不贞，否则，任何人休妻另娶，就是犯通奸罪。”

一些法利赛人想试探耶稣，就来问祂：“男人可以休妻吗？”耶稣反问道：“摩西怎么吩咐你们的？”他们说：“摩西准许人写休书休妻。”耶稣说：“摩西因为你们心硬，才给你们写了这条诫命。太初创造时，‘上帝造了男人和女人。’‘因此，人要离开父母，与妻子结合，二人成为一体。’这样，夫妻不再是两个人，而是一体了。因此，上帝配合的，人不可分开。”回到屋里后，门徒追问耶稣这件事。耶稣说：“任何人休妻另娶，就是对妻子不忠，是犯通奸罪。同样，妻子若离弃丈夫另嫁，也是犯通奸罪。”

耶和华说：“我休你们母亲的休书在哪里呢？我把你们卖给了我哪一个债主呢？你们被卖是因为你们的罪恶，你们母亲被休是因为你们的过犯。

自掩其罪，必不亨通；痛改前非，必蒙怜悯。

这网不能做衣服遮盖你们。你们行为邪恶，做事残暴。

“如果有人娶妻后，发觉妻子行为不检，因而嫌弃她，他可以写休书给她，让她离开夫家。她离开后，可以自由再婚。如果她的后夫也嫌弃她，写休书给她，让她离开夫家，或者后夫死了，前夫不可再娶这已被玷污的女子，因为那是耶和华所憎恶的。你们切不可把这种罪恶带到你们的上帝耶和华将要赐给你们的土地上。

虔敬人已从大地上灭绝，世间再没有正直人。人人伺机杀人流血，用网罗猎取自己的弟兄。他们善于作恶。领袖和审判官索要贿赂，显贵袒露心中的恶欲，朋比为奸。

你们的床太小，不能舒身；你们的被子太窄，不足裹身。
