众人都诧异上帝的大能。众人正惊讶于耶稣所做的一切事的时候，耶稣对门徒说：“你们要把这些话听进去，因为人子将要被交在人手里。”门徒却不明白这话，其中的意思对他们隐藏着，使他们不能明白，他们也不敢问这话的意思。

他们离开那地方，经过加利利；耶稣不愿意人知道，因为他正教导门徒说：“人子将要被交在人手里，他们要杀害他；被杀以后，三天后他要复活。”门徒却不明白这话，又不敢问他。

认得他是那素常坐在圣殿的美门口求人施舍的，就因他所遇到的事满心惊讶诧异。那人正在称为所罗门的廊下，拉住彼得和约翰，大家都觉得很惊讶，一齐跑到他们那里。彼得看见，就对百姓说：“以色列人哪，为什么因这事而惊讶呢？为什么定睛看我们，以为我们凭自己的能力和虔诚使这人行走呢？亚伯拉罕的上帝、以撒的上帝、雅各的上帝，就是我们列祖的上帝，已经荣耀了他的仆人耶稣，这耶稣就是你们交付官府的那位，彼拉多决定要释放他时，你们却在彼拉多面前弃绝了他。

他和一切跟他一起的人对打到了这一网的鱼都很惊讶。

我们从前把我们主耶稣基督的大能和他来临的事告诉你们，并不是随从一些捏造出来的无稽传说，我们是曾经亲眼见过他的威荣的人。

众人都惊讶，彼此对问：“这是什么道理呢？因为他用权柄能力命令污灵，污灵就出来。”

耶稣对他们说：“你们的信心在哪里呢？”他们又惧怕又惊讶，彼此说：“这到底是谁？他吩咐风和水，连风和水都听从他。”

于是他到他们那里，一上船，风就停了；他们心里十分惊奇。

他们聚集在加利利的时候，耶稣对门徒说：“人子将要被交在人手里。

万军之耶和华如此说：在那些日子，即使这事在这余民眼中看为奇妙，难道在我眼中也看为奇妙吗？这是万军之耶和华说的。

众人都惊奇，也归荣耀给上帝，并且满心惧怕，说：“我们今日看见不寻常的事了！”

我要称谢你，因我受造奇妙可畏，你的作为奇妙，这是我心深知道的。
