遂至門徒所、見其寢、謂彼得曰、爾不能偕我儆醒片時乎、儆醒也、祈禱也、免入誘惑也、心願而身疲耳、復進、禱曰、父與、若不能以此杯去我、我必飲之、則爾旨得成焉、既至、又見門徒寢、以其目倦矣、

我聞其聲、伏地喪魂、

曰、請顯爾榮光、使我目擊。曰、我所矜恤者矜恤之、我所憐憫者憐憫之、故必顯著我德、宣播我名、俾爾聞知。惟不許爾覿我面、民而矚我、難保其命。又曰、於此有磐、可駐爾足、磐有穴、我引爾入焉、以手掩之、俟榮光既過、則弗蔽蓋、爾觀我後則可、瞻我前則不可。

僕得覲主、錄主名於顙、邑中不夜、不藉日光、毋庸燭照、主上帝自能焜耀之、其僕秉權、永世靡暨、

素吾以主耶穌基督大力降臨示爾、非虛誕飾辭、乃目擊其大榮、

耶和華曰、我彰厥榮光、燭照選民、爾當崛興、蒙其焜耀、天下億兆、處幽暗、居晦冥、惟爾得我耶和華、榮光普照。諸國列王、見爾榮光普照、咸來歸附。
