十二人有西門、耶穌賜名曰彼得、又有西比代子雅各、與其弟約翰、此二人賜名曰半尼其、譯即雷子、又有安得烈、腓立、巴多羅買、瑪太、多瑪、亞勒腓之子雅各、他代、加拿加拿或作迦南人西門、及賣耶穌之猶大稱以斯加畧、○

有西門、耶穌賜名彼得、與其弟安得烈、雅各與約翰、腓立與巴多羅買、瑪太與多瑪、亞勒非子雅各、西門稱銳、雅各子子或作弟猶大、與賣師之猶大稱以斯加畧、

爾曹又知天主以聖神、以才能、膏拿撒勒耶穌、耶穌周遊行善、醫愈凡為魔所制服者、蓋天主偕之也、

十二使徒之名如左、首西門稱彼得、與其弟安得烈、西比代之子雅各、與其弟約翰、腓立、巴多羅邁、多瑪、稅吏瑪太、亞利腓之子雅各、勒拜稱他代、加拿加拿或作迦南人西門、及賣耶穌之猶大稱以斯加畧、猶大稱以斯加畧有作加畧人猶大下同○

受膏者曰、主天主之神感我、主以膏沐我、使我傳福音於貧者、遣我以醫傷心者、告被擄者必得釋、報被囚者必出囹圄、宣告主之禧年、及我天主復仇之日、慰藉凡悲哀者、賜華冠於郇邑悲哀之民、以代灰塵、賜喜樂之膏、以代悲哀、賜華服、以代煩惱、俾得稱為蒙福者、蒙福者或作有義者發旺若橡樹、被主栽培、彰顯主之榮、

我儕以福音報爾、即所許我列祖之事、今天主以耶穌復活、為我儕為其子孫者應之、

主之神臨我、因主膏我、俾我傳福音於貧者、遣我醫傷心之人、

耶穌命十二門徒畢、乃離彼、往其諸邑訓人宣道、○
