He went down with them and stood on a level place. A large crowd of his disciples was there and a great number of people from all over Judea, from Jerusalem, and from the coastal region around Tyre and Sidon,

When they came down from the mountain, the disciples stood with Jesus on a large, level area, surrounded by many of his followers and by the crowds. There were people from all over Judea and from Jerusalem and from as far north as the seacoasts of Tyre and Sidon.

「哥拉汛哪，你有禍了！伯賽大啊，你有禍了！因為在你們中間所行的異能，若行在泰爾、西頓，他們早已披麻蒙灰悔改了。

耶穌知道了，就離開那裏，有許多人跟着他。他把其中有病的人都治好了；

耶穌出來，見有許多的人，就憐憫他們，治好了他們的病人。

愚妄人因自己的過犯和自己的罪孽便受苦楚。他們心裏厭惡各樣的食物，就臨近死門。於是，他們在苦難中哀求耶和華；他從他們的禍患中拯救他們。他發命醫治他們，救他們脫離死亡。

他赦免你的一切罪孽，醫治你的一切疾病。

那時，耶穌出去，上山禱告，整夜禱告神；

耶穌從那裏起身，往泰爾、西頓的境內去，進了一家，不願意人知道，卻隱藏不住。當下，有一個婦人，她的小女兒被污鬼附着，聽見耶穌的事，就來俯伏在他腳前。這婦人是希臘人，屬敘利腓尼基族。她求耶穌趕出那鬼離開她的女兒。耶穌對她說：「讓兒女們先吃飽，不好拿兒女的餅丟給狗吃。」婦人回答說：「主啊，不錯；但是狗在桌子底下也吃孩子們的碎渣兒。」耶穌對她說：「因這句話，你回去吧；鬼已經離開你的女兒了。」她就回家去，見小孩子躺在牀上，鬼已經出去了。耶穌又離了泰爾的境界，經過西頓，就從低加坡里境內來到加利利海。

耶穌走遍加利利，在各會堂裏教訓人，傳天國的福音，醫治百姓各樣的病症。他的名聲就傳遍了敘利亞。那裏的人把一切害病的，就是害各樣疾病、各樣疼痛的和被鬼附的、癲癇的、癱瘓的，都帶了來，耶穌就治好了他們。當下，有許多人從加利利、低加坡里、耶路撒冷、猶太、約旦河外來跟着他。

耶穌和門徒退到海邊去，有許多人從加利利跟隨他。還有許多人聽見他所做的大事，就從猶太、耶路撒冷、以土買、約旦河外，並泰爾、西頓的四方來到他那裏。他因為人多，就吩咐門徒叫一隻小船伺候着，免得眾人擁擠他。他治好了許多人，所以凡有災病的，都擠進來要摸他。污鬼無論何時看見他，就俯伏在他面前，喊着說：「你是神的兒子。」耶穌再三地囑咐他們，不要把他顯露出來。

但耶穌的名聲越發傳揚出去。有極多的人聚集來聽道，也指望醫治他們的病。

耶穌離開那裏，退到泰爾、西頓的境內去。
