这时，有几万人聚集，甚至彼此践踏。耶稣就先对门徒说：“你们要防备法利赛人的酵，就是假冒为善。

有一大群人到他那里，带着瘸子、盲人、肢残的、聋哑的，和好些别的病人，都放在他脚前，他就治好了他们。于是众人都惊讶，因为看见聋哑的说话，肢残的痊愈，瘸子行走，盲人看见，他们就归荣耀给以色列的神。

于是这消息传遍了那地方。

那人出去，倒说许多的话，把这件事传扬开了，使耶稣不能再公开进城，只好留在外边旷野地方，人从各处都到他跟前来。过了些日子，耶稣又进了迦百农。人听说他在屋里，于是许多人聚集，甚至连门前都没有空地；耶稣就对他们讲道。

耶稣走遍加利利，在各会堂里教导人，宣讲天国的福音，医治百姓各样的疾病。他的名声传遍了叙利亚。那里的人把一切病人，就是有各样疾病和疼痛的、被鬼附的、癫痫的、瘫痪的，都带了来，耶稣就治好了他们。当时，有一大群人从加利利、低加坡里、耶路撒冷、犹太、约旦河的东边，来跟从他。

于是耶稣的名声立刻传遍了全加利利周围地区。

有一大群人因为看见他在病人身上所行的神迹，就跟随他。

有一大群人和耶稣同行。他转过来对他们说：

耶稣和门徒退到海边去，有许多人从加利利跟随他。还有许多人听见他所做的事，就从犹太、耶路撒冷、以土买、约旦河的东边，以及推罗和西顿的附近地方来到他那里。

敬畏耶和华是智慧的训诲；要得尊荣，先有谦卑。

同样，善行也有明显的，就是那不明显的也不能隐藏。
