and so were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, Simon’s partners. Then Jesus said to Simon,“ Don’t be afraid; from now on you will fish for people.”

So were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, who worked with Simon. Then Jesus said to Simon,“ Don’t be afraid. From now on you will fish for people.”

and so also were James and John, sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. And Jesus said to Simon,“ Do not be afraid; from now on you will be catching men.”

His partners, James and John, the sons of Zebedee, were also amazed. Jesus replied to Simon,“ Don’t be afraid! From now on you’ll be fishing for people!”

and so were James and John, Zebedee’s sons, who were Simon’s partners.“ Don’t be afraid,” Jesus told Simon.“ From now on you will be catching people.”

“ Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was cast into the sea that caught all kinds of fish.

He said to them,“ Follow me, and I will turn you into fishers of people.”

Every living creature which swarms where the river flows will live; there will be many fish, for these waters flow there. It will become fresh and everything will live where the river flows.Fishermen will stand beside it; from Engedi to En-eglaim they will spread nets. They will catch many kinds of fish, like the fish of the Great Sea.

Jesus said to them,“ Follow me, and I will turn you into fishers of people.”

Going on from there he saw two other brothers, James the son of Zebedee and John his brother, in a boat with Zebedee their father, mending their nets. Then he called them.

If there is any question about Titus, he is my partner and fellow worker among you; if there is any question about our brothers, they are messengers of the churches, a glory to Christ.

But immediately Jesus spoke to them:“ Have courage! It is I. Do not be afraid.”

Then the mother of the sons of Zebedee came to him with her sons, and kneeling down she asked him for a favor.

So they motioned to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both boats, so that they were about to sink.

All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit, and they began to speak in other languages as the Spirit enabled them.
