And they were all amazed, and spake among themselves, saying, What a word[ is] this! for with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they come out.

眾駭異相語曰、此何言耶、蓋彼以權以能命邪鬼、而鬼出矣、

眾異之、相告曰、是何道耶、蓋以權能命邪神、而神出矣、

眾駭異、相告曰、此何道耶、蓋彼以權能命邪魔、魔即出、

眾皆愕然相顧曰：『斯何道歟？言具威權、諭魔即出。』

All the people were amazed and said to each other,“ What words these are! With authority and power he gives orders to impure spirits and they come out!”

All the people were amazed. They said to each other,“ What he says is amazing! With authority and power he gives orders to evil spirits. And they come out!”

And they were all amazed and said to one another,“ What is this word? For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out!”

Amazed, the people exclaimed,“ What authority and power this man’s words possess! Even evil spirits obey him, and they flee at his command!”

Amazement came over them all, and they were saying to one another,“ What is this message? For he commands the unclean spirits with authority and power, and they come out!”

And amazement came upon them all, and they began talking with one another, saying,“ What is this message? For with authority and power He commands the unclean spirits, and they come out!”

Then they were all amazed and spoke among themselves, saying,“ What a word this is! For with authority and power He commands the unclean spirits, and they come out.”

And amazement came upon all, and they spake together, one with another, saying, What is this word? for with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they come out.

They were all amazed and began to say to one another,“ What’s happening here? For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out!”

And they were astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with power.

And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine[ is] this? for with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him.

And when the devil was cast out, the dumb spake: and the multitudes marvelled, saying, It was never so seen in Israel.

Then was brought unto him one possessed with a devil, blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and saw.And all the people were amazed, and said, Is not this the son of David?

And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with[ them], and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things well: he maketh both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.

So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.And there were seven sons of[ one] Sceva, a Jew,[ and] chief of the priests, which did so.And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.

Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.
