吾語汝、我不復飲葡萄汁。待上帝國至而飲焉、○

我告爾、我不復飲葡萄樹所產、直待天主國臨焉、

予實語爾、從此予不復飲葡萄之液、以俟天主之國之臨格。』

For I tell you I will not drink again from the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes.”

And He said to them,“ Assuredly, I say to you that there are some standing here who will not taste death till they see the kingdom of God present with power.”

They shall not drink wine with a song; Strong drink is bitter to those who drink it.The city of confusion is broken down; Every house is shut up, so that none may go in.There is a cry for wine in the streets, All joy is darkened, The mirth of the land is gone.

So you also, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near.

And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.

And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.

And in this mountain The Lord of hosts will make for all people A feast of choice pieces, A feast of wines on the lees, Of fat things full of marrow, Of well-refined wines on the lees.

The Lord of hosts will defend them; They shall devour and subdue with slingstones. They shall drink and roar as if with wine; They shall be filled with blood like basins, Like the corners of the altar.

Then He took the cup, and when He had given thanks He gave it to them, and they all drank from it.

And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit,speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord,

Give strong drink to him who is perishing, And wine to those who are bitter of heart.Let him drink and forget his poverty, And remember his misery no more.

He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,

But I tell you truly, there are some standing here who shall not taste death till they see the kingdom of God.”

And wine that makes glad the heart of man, Oil to make his face shine, And bread which strengthens man’s heart.

Therefore, being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that of the fruit of his body, according to the flesh, He would raise up the Christ to sit on his throne,he, foreseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that His soul was not left in Hades, nor did His flesh see corruption.This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses.Therefore being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear.“ For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he says himself:‘ The Lord said to my Lord,“ Sit at My right hand,Till I make Your enemies Your footstool.”’“ Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.”

“ Ho! Everyone who thirsts, Come to the waters; And you who have no money, Come, buy and eat. Yes, come, buy wine and milk Without money and without price.

Then they gave Him wine mingled with myrrh to drink, but He did not take it.

But the vine said to them,‘ Should I cease my new wine, Which cheers both God and men, And go to sway over trees?’

For how great is its goodness And how great its beauty! Grain shall make the young men thrive, And new wine the young women.

THE BELOVED: I have come to my garden, my sister, my spouse; I have gathered my myrrh with my spice; I have eaten my honeycomb with my honey; I have drunk my wine with my milk.( TO HIS FRIENDS): Eat, O friends! Drink, yes, drink deeply, O beloved ones!
