夫妻二人遵行主的一切誡命和條例，無可指責，在上帝眼中是義人。

伊莉莎白一聽見瑪麗亞的問安，腹中的胎兒便跳動起來，伊莉莎白被聖靈充滿，

你們的上帝說：「你們要安慰我的子民。

住在猶太地區的亞利馬太城，一直在等候上帝國的降臨。他並不苟同公會的決定。

我的上帝差遣天使封住了獅子的口，不讓牠們傷害我，因為我在上帝面前是清白的。王啊，我在你面前也沒有過錯。」王非常高興，便命人把但以理從坑中拉上來。於是，但以理從坑中被拉了上來，他因為信靠他的上帝，身上毫無損傷。

因此，我一直盡力在上帝和人面前都做到問心無愧。

世人啊，耶和華已經指示你們何為良善。祂向你們所要的是什麼呢？是要你們行公義，好憐憫，謙卑地與你們的上帝同行。

摩西說：「你是怕我的權威受影響嗎？願耶和華的子民都成為先知！願耶和華把祂的靈降在他們身上！」

他和全家都是虔誠敬畏上帝的人，他慷慨賙濟窮人，常常禱告。

因為預言絕非出於人的意思，都是人受了聖靈的感動，講出上帝的信息。

孩子的父親撒迦利亞被聖靈充滿，便預言說：

耶和華在雲中降臨，對摩西說話，把降在摩西身上的靈也賜給七十位長老。靈一降在他們身上，他們就說起預言來，但只說了這一次。
