And at that very moment she came up and began giving thanks to God, and continued to speak about Him to all those who were looking forward to the redemption of Jerusalem.

God, You have taught me from my youth, And I still declare Your wondrous deeds.And even when I am old and gray, God, do not abandon me, Until I declare Your strength to this generation, Your power to all who are to come.

So the woman left her waterpot and went into the city, and* said to the people,“ Come, see a man who told me all the things that I have done; this is not the Christ, is He?”

He first* found his own brother Simon and* said to him,“ We have found the Messiah”( which translated means Christ).He brought him to Jesus. Jesus looked at him and said,“ You are Simon the son of John; you shall be called Cephas”( which is translated Peter).The next day He decided to go to Galilee, and He* found Philip. And Jesus* said to him,“ Follow Me.”Now Philip was from Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter.Philip* found Nathanael and* said to him,“ We have found Him of whom Moses wrote in the Law, and the prophets also wrote: Jesus the son of Joseph, from Nazareth!”Nathanael said to him,“ Can anything good be from Nazareth?” Philip* said to him,“ Come and see.”
