Jesus said,“ What I’m about to tell you is true. You need to change and become like little children. If you don’t, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.Anyone who takes the humble position of this child is the most important in the kingdom of heaven.

Like newborn babies, you should long for the pure milk of God’s word. It will help you grow up as believers.

Gather the people together. Gather the men, women and children. Also bring together the outsiders living in your towns. Then they can listen and learn to have respect for the Lord your God. And they’ll be careful to obey all the words of this law.

Brothers and sisters, stop thinking like children. Be like babies as far as evil is concerned. But be grown up in your thinking.

Your children and wives are here with you too. So are the outsiders living in your camps. They chop your wood and carry your water.

All the men of Judah stood there in front of the Lord. Their wives, children and little ones were with them.

I will give them a single purpose in life. Then, they will always have respect for me. Then all will go well for them. And it will also go well for their children after them.

When his son Isaac was eight days old, Abraham circumcised him. He did it exactly as God had commanded him.

The promise is for you and your children. It is also for all who are far away. It is for all whom the Lord our God will choose.”

The unbelieving husband has been made holy through his wife. The unbelieving wife has been made holy through her believing husband. If that were not the case, your children would not be pure and“ clean.” But as it is, they are holy.

Jacob gave Pharaoh his blessing. Then he left him.So Joseph helped his father and his brothers make their homes in Egypt. He gave them property in the best part of the land, just as Pharaoh had directed him to do. That part was known as the territory of Rameses.Joseph also provided food for his father and brothers. He provided for them and the rest of his father’s family. He gave them enough for all their children.But there wasn’t any food in the whole area. In fact, there wasn’t enough food anywhere. The people of Egypt and Canaan lost their strength because there wasn’t enough food to go around.Joseph collected all the money in Egypt and Canaan. People paid it to him for the grain they were buying. And Joseph brought it to Pharaoh’s palace.
