善待穷人等于借贷给耶和华，耶和华必回报他的善行。

要不声不响地去做。这样，鉴察隐秘事的天父必赏赐你们。

并且我与他们在上帝面前有同样的盼望，就是义人和不义的人都要复活。

他们都要从坟墓里出来。行善的人复活后得永生，作恶的人复活后被定罪。”

那时，王会对右边的人说，‘我父所赐福的人啊，来承受创世以来为你们预备的国度吧。因为我饥饿时，你们给我吃的；我口渴时，你们给我喝的；我身在异乡时，你们接待我；我赤身露体时，你们给我穿的；我生病时，你们照顾我；我坐牢时，你们来看我。’“那些义人会回答说，‘主啊！我们什么时候见你饿了就给你吃的？见你渴了就给你喝的？见你身在异乡就接待你？见你赤身露体就给你穿的呢？我们又什么时候见你生病或坐牢，就去看你呢？’“王会回答说，‘我实在告诉你们，你们帮助我最卑微的一个弟兄，就是帮助我了。’

我现在样样都有，丰富有余。我从以巴弗提手上收到了你们送给我的礼物，已经充足了。这些馈赠是蒙上帝悦纳的馨香祭物。我的上帝必按照祂在基督耶稣里的荣耀，丰丰富富地赐给你们所需用的一切。

因为某人是先知而接待他的，必得到和先知一样的赏赐；因为某人是义人而接待他的，必得到和义人一样的赏赐。人若接待我门徒中最卑微的人，并因为他是我的门徒而给他一杯凉水喝，我实在告诉你们，那人必得到赏赐。”

但那些配得将来的世界、从死里复活的人也不娶也不嫁，就像天使一样永远不会死。他们既然从死里复活，就是上帝的儿女。

许多长眠地下的人必醒过来，有些得到永生，有些蒙受羞辱，永远被憎恶。智者必发出光辉，如耀眼的穹苍；引导多人归向公义的人必如闪烁的星辰，直到永永远远。

我看见许多宝座，上面坐着的人得到了审判的权柄。他们是为基督做见证、为了上帝的道而被斩首之人的灵魂。他们没有拜兽和兽像，额上或手上也没有盖兽印。他们都一同复活，与基督同掌王权一千年。这是第一次的复活。其余已死的人要等到那一千年过去后，才会复活。
