耶稣又对请他的人说：“你准备午饭或晚餐，不要请你的朋友、弟兄、亲属和富足的邻舍，免得他们回请你，你就得了报答。

耶穌也對那請他的人說：『你辦午飯或晚飯的時候，不要邀請你的朋友、或弟兄、或親戚、或富足的鄰舍；恐怕他們也回請你，報答你。

耶穌又對邀請他的人說：「你預備午餐或晚餐的時候，不要叫你的朋友、兄弟、親戚或富有的鄰居，免得他們也回請你，你就得了你的回報了。

又謂請之者曰、爾設午餐、或晚餐、毋招爾朋友、兄弟、親戚、富鄰、恐彼復招爾而受其報也、

又謂請之者曰、爾設午餐或晚餐、勿請朋友、兄弟、親戚、富鄰、恐酬爾而受報也、

又謂請之者曰、爾設午餐、或晚餐、勿請朋友、兄弟、親戚、富鄰、恐彼亦請爾、而爾受其報、

耶穌復告主人曰：『爾設宴時、毋邀良朋昆弟戚屬富鄰、誠恐若輩還禮、則爾獲報矣。

Then Jesus said to his host,“ When you give a luncheon or dinner, do not invite your friends, your brothers or sisters, your relatives, or your rich neighbors; if you do, they may invite you back and so you will be repaid.

Then Jesus spoke to his host.“ Suppose you give a lunch or a dinner,” he said.“ Do not invite your friends, your brothers or sisters, or your relatives, or your rich neighbors. If you do, they may invite you to eat with them. So you will be paid back.

He said also to the man who had invited him,“ When you give a dinner or a banquet, do not invite your friends or your brothers or your relatives or rich neighbors, lest they also invite you in return and you be repaid.

Then he turned to his host.“ When you put on a luncheon or a banquet,” he said,“ don’t invite your friends, brothers, relatives, and rich neighbors. For they will invite you back, and that will be your only reward.

He also said to the one who had invited him,“ When you give a lunch or a dinner, don’t invite your friends, your brothers or sisters, your relatives, or your rich neighbors, because they might invite you back, and you would be repaid.

Now He also went on to say to the one who had invited Him,“ Whenever you give a luncheon or a dinner, do not invite your friends, your brothers, your relatives, nor wealthy neighbors, otherwise they may also invite you to a meal in return, and that will be your repayment.

Then He also said to him who invited Him,“ When you give a dinner or a supper, do not ask your friends, your brothers, your relatives, nor rich neighbors, lest they also invite you back, and you be repaid.

And he said to him also that had bidden him, When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, nor thy kinsmen, nor rich neighbors; lest haply they also bid thee again, and a recompense be made thee.

He also said to the one who had invited Him,“ When you give a lunch or a dinner, don’t invite your friends, your brothers, your relatives, or your rich neighbors, because they might invite you back, and you would be repaid.

Then said he also to him that bade him, When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, neither thy kinsmen, nor[ thy] rich neighbours; lest they also bid thee again, and a recompence be made thee.

He said also to the man who had invited him,“ When you host a dinner or a banquet, don’t invite your friends or your brothers or your relatives or rich neighbors so you can be invited by them in return and get repaid.

He also said to the one who had invited him,“ When you make a dinner or a supper, don’t call your friends, nor your brothers, nor your kinsmen, nor rich neighbors, or perhaps they might also return the favor, and pay you back.

你们若只爱那爱你们的人，有什么赏赐呢？就是税吏不也是这样做吗？

我的弟兄们，你们信奉我们荣耀的主耶稣基督，就不可按着外貌待人。若有一个人戴着金戒指，穿着华丽的衣服，进入你们的会堂，又有一个穷人穿着肮脏的衣服也进去，而你们只看重那穿华丽衣服的人，说：“请坐在这里”，又对那穷人说：“你站在那里”，或“坐在我脚凳旁”；这岂不是你们偏心待人，用恶意评断人吗？我亲爱的弟兄们，请听，上帝岂不是拣选了世上的贫穷人，使他们在信心上富足，并承受他所应许给那些爱他之人的国吗？你们却羞辱贫穷的人。欺压你们，拉你们到公堂去的，不就是这些富有的人吗？

欺压贫寒人为要利己的，并送礼给有钱人的，都必缺乏。

“你们要谨慎，不可故意在人面前表现虔诚，叫他们看见，若是这样，就不能得你们天父的赏赐了。“所以，你施舍的时候，不可叫人在你前面吹号，像那假冒为善的人在会堂里和街道上所做的，故意要得人的称赞。我实在告诉你们，他们已经得了他们的赏赐。你施舍的时候，不要让左手知道右手所做的，好使你隐秘地施舍；你父在隐秘中察看，必然赏赐你。”

你们若只爱那爱你们的人，有什么可感谢的呢？就是罪人也爱那爱他们的人。你们若善待那善待你们的人，有什么可感谢的呢？就是罪人也是这样做。你们若借给人，希望从他收回，有什么可感谢的呢？就是罪人也借给罪人，再如数收回。你们倒要爱仇敌，要善待他们，并要借给人不指望偿还，你们的赏赐就很多了，你们必作至高者的儿子，因为他恩待那忘恩的和作恶的。你们要仁慈，像你们的父是仁慈的。”

穷乏人，连邻舍也恨他；有钱人，爱他的人众多。

“你要向这地全体百姓和祭司说：‘你们这七十年来，在五月、七月禁食悲哀，岂是真的向我禁食吗？你们吃喝，不是为自己吃，为自己喝吗？当耶路撒冷和四围的城镇有人居住，享繁荣，尼革夫和谢非拉也有人居住的时候，耶和华藉从前的先知所宣告的，你们不当听吗？’”

他叫饥饿的饱餐美食，叫富足的空手回去。

“你们禁食的时候，不可像那假冒为善的人，脸上带着愁容；因为他们蓬头垢面，故意让人看出他们在禁食。我实在告诉你们，他们已经得了他们的赏赐。你禁食的时候，要梳头洗脸，不要让人看出你在禁食，只让你隐秘中的父看见；你父在隐秘中察看，必然赏赐你。”
