趕到家主起來，關起門來，你們才要站在外面，敲門說：「主啊，給我們開吧」；他必回答你們說：「我不認識你們，不知道你們是哪裏來的」；

家主起而閉門後、爾曹立於外、叩門曰、主歟、主歟、為我啟之、彼將應曰、我不識爾自何而來、

迨家主一興而扃其門、爾等始立門外而叩曰：「主為我啟。」主將答曰：「吾不識爾為何許人也。」

Once the owner of the house gets up and closes the door, you will stand outside knocking and pleading,‘ Sir, open the door for us.’“ But he will answer,‘ I don’t know you or where you come from.’

When the master of the house has locked the door, it will be too late. You will stand outside knocking and pleading,‘ Lord, open the door for us!’ But he will reply,‘ I don’t know you or where you come from.’

「可是她們去買的時候，新郎就來了。那些預備好了的，與新郎一同進去赴婚宴，門就關上了。「後來其餘的童女也來了，說：『主啊，主啊，請給我們開門！』「但是新郎回答說：『我確實地告訴你們：我不認識你們。』

他要對你們說：『我不知道你們是從哪裡來的。離開我，你們所有不義的工人！』

「不是每一個稱呼我『主啊，主啊』的人，都能進入天國；只有遵行我天父旨意的人，才能進去。在那一天，有許多人會對我說：『主啊，主啊，我們不是奉你的名做先知傳道，奉你的名驅趕鬼魔，奉你的名行了很多神蹟嗎？』那時候，我要向他們宣告：『我從來不認識你們。離開我，你們這些作惡的人！』

「你們為什麼稱呼我『主啊，主啊！』卻不遵行我所說的話呢？

當趁著耶和華還能被找到的時候尋找他，趁著他還在近處的時候呼求他！

你們知道，後來他想繼承祝福，卻被棄絕了，雖然他流著淚水尋求，還是找不到悔改的機會。

因為他說：「在悅納的時候，我垂聽了你；在拯救的日子，我幫助了你。」看哪！現在就是悅納的時候；看哪！現在就是拯救的日子。

各樣有血肉的，都是公母成雙進去的，是照著神所吩咐挪亞的話進去的。然後耶和華在挪亞後面關上了門。

為此，願每個忠信者在能找到你的時候向你禱告；即使大水氾濫，也不能觸及他。

因此，就像聖靈所說的：「今天，你們如果聽見他的聲音，就不可硬著你們的心，如同在那悖逆的時候，也像在那曠野試探的日子。

那時王要對在左邊的人說：『你們這些被詛咒的人！離開我！進到那已經為魔鬼和他的使者們所預備好的永遠的火裡去！
