耶穌謂其徒曰、故我語汝、毋慮爾生何以食、身何以衣、

耶穌謂門徒曰、吾語汝、勿慮生何以食、身何以衣、

乃謂門徒曰、我告爾、勿為生命慮何以食、勿為身體慮何以衣、

乃顧謂其徒曰：『故予語爾、勿慮生何以食、身何以衣。

Then Jesus said to his disciples:“ Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear.

Then Jesus spoke to his disciples. He said,“ I tell you, do not worry. Don’t worry about your life and what you will eat. And don’t worry about your body and what you will wear.

And he said to his disciples,“ Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat, nor about your body, what you will put on.

Then, turning to his disciples, Jesus said,“ That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life— whether you have enough food to eat or enough clothes to wear.

Then he said to his disciples,“ Therefore I tell you, don’t worry about your life, what you will eat; or about the body, what you will wear.

And He said to His disciples,“ For this reason I tell you, do not worry about your life, as to what you are to eat; nor for your body, as to what you are to wear.

Then He said to His disciples,“ Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; nor about the body, what you will put on.

And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Be not anxious for your life, what ye shall eat; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on.

Then He said to His disciples:“ Therefore I tell you, don’t worry about your life, what you will eat; or about the body, what you will wear.

And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on.

Then Jesus said to his disciples,“ Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat, or about your body, what you will wear.

He said to his disciples,“ Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life, what you will eat, nor yet for your body, what you will wear.

應當一無掛慮，只要凡事藉着禱告和祈求、用感謝心將你們所求的稟知在上帝面前，

故此我告訴你們，不要為你們的性命來掛慮、要喫甚麼、或喝甚麼；也不要為你們的身體來掛慮、要穿甚麼。性命不是勝於食物，而身體勝於服裝麼？你們觀察空中的飛鳥；牠們不撤種、也不收割，也不收集在倉裏，你們的天父尚且供養牠們；你們不比牠們貴重麼？你們中間誰能用掛慮使他的歲數多加一刻鐘呢？為甚麼為服裝來掛慮呢？細研究野地裏的百合花、它們怎麼生長的：它們不勞苦，也不紡績；然而我告訴你們，就是所羅門在他極盛的榮華裏，還沒有披戴過像這些花的一朵呢。野地裏的草、今天還在、明天就丟在爐子裏的，上帝尚且這樣衣被它們，他豈不更要衣被你們麼、小信的人哪？所以你們不要掛慮說：「我們要喫甚麼？」或「要喝甚麼？」或是「要披戴甚麼？」因為這一切、外國人都切求着；你們的天父知道你們需用這一切。但是你們要先尋求他的國和他的義，這一切就都附加給你們了。所以不要為明天掛慮，因為明天自會為明天去掛慮。一天的困難給一天擔當就夠了。』

你們生活的風度不可貪愛銀錢；要以現有的為足；因為上帝親自說過：『我必定不放開你，必定不撇棄你』；

我願你們一無掛慮。沒有結婚的、掛慮主的事、要怎樣給主喜歡；

你們別尋求喫其麼，喝甚麼了；也別掛心了。
