He said,“ Even more, those who hear the word of God and keep it are blessed!”

耶稣说：“是，却还不如听神之道而遵守的人有福。”

耶稣却说：“更有福的是听上帝的道而遵守的人！”

耶稣却说：“更有福的是听神的道而遵守的人！”

耶稣回答说：“但那听了上帝的话又去遵行的人更有福。”

他说：“是的，却还不如听神的道而遵守的人有福。”

耶稣说：“那听了神的话语又遵守的人，才真是蒙福的！”

耶穌說：「是，卻還不如聽神之道而遵守的人有福。」

耶穌卻說：「更有福的是聽上帝的道而遵守的人！」

耶穌卻說：「更有福的是聽神的道而遵守的人！」

耶穌回答說：「但那聽了上帝的話又去遵行的人更有福。」

他說：“是的，卻還不如聽神的道而遵守的人有福。”

他說：『是的，還不如聽上帝的話而遵守的人為有福呢！』

耶穌說：「那聽了神的話語又遵守的人，才真是蒙福的！」

耶穌曰、未若聽上帝道而守之者福也、○

耶穌曰、未若聽上帝道而守之者為有福、○

耶穌曰、未若聽天主道而守之者為有福、○

耶穌應曰：『第未若聞天主之道、而身體力行者之有福耳。』

He replied,“ Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.”

He replied,“ Instead, blessed are those who hear God’s word and obey it.”

But he said,“ Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it!”

Jesus replied,“ But even more blessed are all who hear the word of God and put it into practice.”

He said,“ Rather, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it.”

But He said,“ On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God and follow it.”

But He said,“ More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!”

But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

But he said, Yea rather, blessed[ are] they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

But he replied,“ Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it!”

But he said,“ On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and keep it.”

I will show you what someone is like who comes to Me, hears My words, and acts on them:He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. When the flood came, the river crashed against that house and couldn’t shake it, because it was well built.

But He replied to them,“ My mother and My brothers are those who hear and do the word of God.”

Hallelujah! Happy is the man who fears the Lord, taking great delight in His commands.

Therefore, ridding yourselves of all moral filth and evil, humbly receive the implanted word, which is able to save you.But be doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.Because if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man looking at his own face in a mirror.For he looks at himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was.But the one who looks intently into the perfect law of freedom and perseveres in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but one who does good works— this person will be blessed in what he does.

This is what the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel says: I am Yahweh your God, who teaches you for your benefit, who leads you in the way you should go.If only you had paid attention to My commands. Then your peace would have been like a river, and your righteousness like the waves of the sea.

If you know these things, you are blessed if you do them.

How happy is the man who does not follow the advice of the wicked or take the path of sinners or join a group of mockers!Instead, his delight is in the Lord’s instruction, and he meditates on it day and night.He is like a tree planted beside streams of water that bears its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers.

Dear friends, if our conscience doesn’t condemn us, we have confidence before Godand can receive whatever we ask from Him because we keep His commands and do what is pleasing in His sight.Now this is His command: that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another as He commanded us.The one who keeps His commands remains in Him, and He in him. And the way we know that He remains in us is from the Spirit He has given us.

How happy are those whose way is blameless, who live according to the Lord’s instruction!Happy are those who keep His decrees and seek Him with all their heart.They do nothing wrong; they follow His ways.You have commanded that Your precepts be diligently kept.If only my ways were committed to keeping Your statutes!Then I would not be ashamed when I think about all Your commands.

But He replied to the one who told Him,“ Who is My mother and who are My brothers?”And stretching out His hand toward His disciples, He said,“ Here are My mother and My brothers!For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven, that person is My brother and sister and mother.”

“ Not everyone who says to Me,‘ Lord, Lord!’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of My Father in heaven.On that day many will say to Me,‘ Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy in Your name, drive out demons in Your name, and do many miracles in Your name?’Then I will announce to them,‘ I never knew you! Depart from Me, you lawbreakers!’“ Therefore, everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them will be like a sensible man who built his house on the rock.The rain fell, the rivers rose, and the winds blew and pounded that house. Yet it didn’t collapse, because its foundation was on the rock.

How happy is everyone who fears the Lord, who walks in His ways!

“ Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life and may enter the city by the gates.
