你要把一頭公牛犢給那些親近我、事奉我的祭司利未人作贖罪祭，他們是撒督的後裔。這是主耶和華的宣告。

亞倫為自己的罪獻上作贖罪祭的公牛，為自己和家人贖罪，

“如果受膏的祭司犯了罪，使人民陷在罪裡，他就要為自己所犯的罪，獻一頭沒有殘疾的公牛給耶和華作贖罪祭。他要把公牛牽到耶和華面前，在會幕門口，按手在公牛頭上，然後在耶和華面前宰殺那公牛，受膏的祭司要取一些公牛的血，帶到會幕那裡。祭司要把指頭蘸在血裡，在耶和華面前向著聖所的幔子，彈血七次。然後祭司要用血抹會幕裡耶和華面前的香壇的四角；至於其餘的牛血，都要倒在會幕門口的燔祭壇腳那裡。他要取出贖罪祭的公牛所有的脂肪，就是遮蓋內臟的脂肪和內臟上的一切脂肪，兩腎和腎上近腰的脂肪，和腎旁的肝葉，都一起取下來，正如從平安祭的公牛取出來的一樣。祭司要把這些焚燒在燔祭壇上。至於公牛的皮和所有的肉，連頭帶腿，以及內臟和糞，就是整頭公牛，要搬到營外潔淨的地方，倒壇灰的地方，放在柴上用火焚燒，就在倒壇灰的地方焚燒。

這樣的一位大祭司，對我們本是合適的。他是聖潔、沒有邪惡、沒有玷污、從罪人中分別出來、高過眾天的。他不必像那些大祭司，天天先為自己的罪獻祭，然後為人民的罪獻祭；因為他獻上了自己，就把這事一次而永遠的成全了。律法所立的大祭司，都是軟弱的人；可是在律法以後，用誓言所立的兒子，卻是成為完全直到永遠的。

律法是因肉體而軟弱無力，所作不到的，神作到了：他差遣自己的兒子成為罪身的樣式，為了除掉罪，就在肉體中把罪判決了，

我要把肥美的牲畜作燔祭，連同公綿羊的馨香祭獻給你，我並且要把公牛和公山羊獻上。（細拉）

“你要把公牛帶到會幕來獻上，亞倫和他兒子們要按手在公牛的頭上。你要在耶和華面前，在會幕門口，宰殺那公牛。你要取些公牛的血，用你的指頭抹在祭壇的角上，把其餘的血都倒在祭壇腳前。你要把一切遮蓋內臟的脂油、肝葉、兩個腰子和腰子上的脂油，都取出來，把它們焚燒在祭壇上。至於公牛的肉、皮和糞，你都要在營外用火焚化。因為這是贖罪祭。

“你要把亞倫和他的兒子，連同聖衣、膏油、贖罪祭的一頭公牛、兩隻公綿羊，一籃無酵餅都帶來，

亞倫兩手按在那隻活山羊頭上，承認以色列人的一切罪孽和他們的過犯，就是他們一切罪孽。把它們都歸在那山羊的頭上；然後經由已預定的人，把羊送到曠野裡去。

神使那無罪的替我們成為有罪的，使我們在他裡面成為神的義。

耶和華卻喜悅把他壓傷，使他受痛苦；耶和華若以他的性命作贖罪祭，他必看見後裔，並且得享長壽；耶和華所喜悅的，必在他手中亨通。

因為基督也曾一次為你們的罪死了，就是義的代替不義的，為要領你們到神面前。就肉體的方面說，他曾死去；就靈的方面說，他復活了；

他要按手在燔祭牲的頭上，燔祭就蒙悅納，可以為他贖罪。
