“ Give Aaron and his sons this command:‘ These are the regulations for the burnt offering: The burnt offering is to remain on the altar hearth throughout the night, till morning, and the fire must be kept burning on the altar.

“ Give Aaron and the priests in his family line a command. Tell them,‘ Here are some more rules for burnt offerings. The burnt offering must remain on the altar through the whole night. The fire on the altar must be kept burning until morning.

“ Command Aaron and his sons, saying, This is the law of the burnt offering. The burnt offering shall be on the hearth on the altar all night until the morning, and the fire of the altar shall be kept burning on it.

“ Give Aaron and his sons the following instructions regarding the burnt offering. The burnt offering must be left on top of the altar until the next morning, and the fire on the altar must be kept burning all night.

“ Command Aaron and his sons: This is the law of the burnt offering; the burnt offering itself must remain on the altar’s hearth all night until morning, while the fire of the altar is kept burning on it.

“ Command Aaron and his sons, saying,‘ This is the law for the burnt offering: the burnt offering itself shall remain on the hearth on the altar all night until the morning, and the fire on the altar is to be kept burning on it.

“ Command Aaron and his sons, saying,‘ This is the law of the burnt offering: The burnt offering shall be on the hearth upon the altar all night until morning, and the fire of the altar shall be kept burning on it.

Command Aaron and his sons, saying, This is the law of the burnt- offering: the burnt- offering shall be on the hearth upon the altar all night unto the morning; and the fire of the altar shall be kept burning thereon.

“ Command Aaron and his sons: This is the law of the burnt offering; the burnt offering itself must remain on the altar’s hearth all night until morning, while the fire of the altar is kept burning on it.

壇上的火要不斷地燒着，不可熄滅。每日早晨，祭司要在壇上燒柴，把燔祭擺在壇上，並燒平安祭牲的脂肪。壇上的火要不斷地燒着，不可熄滅。」

耶和華從會幕中呼叫摩西，吩咐他說：「你要吩咐以色列人，對他們說：你們中間若有人要獻供物給耶和華，可以從牛羣羊羣中獻牲畜為供物。「他的供物若以牛為燔祭，要獻一頭沒有殘疾的公牛，獻在會幕的門口，他就可以在耶和華面前蒙悅納。他要按手在燔祭牲的頭上，為自己贖罪，就蒙悅納。他要在耶和華面前宰公牛犢；亞倫子孫作祭司的要獻上血，把血灑在會幕門口壇的周圍。他要剝去燔祭牲的皮，把燔祭牲切成塊。亞倫祭司的子孫要在壇上生火，把柴擺在火上。亞倫子孫作祭司的要把肉塊連頭和脂肪，擺在壇上燒着火的柴上。燔祭牲的內臟與小腿要用水洗淨，祭司要把整隻全燒在壇上，當作燔祭，是獻給耶和華為馨香的火祭。「人的供物若以綿羊或山羊為燔祭，要獻一隻沒有殘疾的公羊。他要在壇的北邊，在耶和華面前宰羊；亞倫子孫作祭司的要把血灑在壇的周圍。他要把燔祭牲切成塊，祭司就要把肉塊連頭和脂肪，擺在壇上燒着火的柴上。內臟與小腿要用水洗淨，祭司要把整隻獻上，全燒在壇上。這是燔祭，是獻給耶和華為馨香的火祭。「人獻給耶和華的供物若以鳥為燔祭，就要獻斑鳩或雛鴿為他的供物。祭司要把鳥拿到壇前，扭斷牠的頭，把鳥燒在壇上，鳥的血要流在壇的旁邊；又要把鳥的嗉囊和裏面的髒物除掉，丟在壇東邊倒灰的地方。他要拿着鳥的兩個翅膀，把鳥撕開，卻不可撕斷；祭司要把牠擺在壇上燒着火的柴上焚燒。這是燔祭，是獻給耶和華為馨香的火祭。」

「在安息日，要獻兩隻沒有殘疾，一歲的小公羊、十分之二伊法調了油的細麵為素祭，和同獻的澆酒祭。
