田野的樹木必結果子，地也必有出產；他們必在自己的土地上安居。我打斷他們所負的軛，救他們脫離奴役者的手的時候，他們就知道我是耶和華。

“我是耶和華你的神，曾經把你從埃及地，從為奴之家領出來。

我是耶和華你們的神，曾經把你們從埃及地領出來，要把迦南地賜給你們，而且要作你們的神。

耶和華啊！我真是你的僕人；我是你僕人，你婢女的兒子；我的鎖鍊你給我解開了。

“你從古時就折斷了自己的軛，解開了自己的繩索，說：‘我不事奉你了。’你在每個高岡上，在每棵繁茂樹下，蹲伏行淫。

因為以色列人都是屬我的僕人；他們是我的僕人，是我把他們從埃及地領了出來的；我是耶和華你們的神。”

你們不知道你們的身體就是那位住在你們裡面的聖靈的殿嗎？這聖靈是你們從神那裡領受的。你們不是屬於自己的，因為你們是用重價買來的。所以你們務要用自己的身體榮耀神。

神說：“我要除去你（“你”原文作“他”）肩頭的重擔，使你（“你”原文作“他”）的手放下筐子。你在患難中呼求，我就搭救你；我在打雷的密雲中回答你，在米利巴的水邊試驗你。”（細拉）“我的子民哪！你要聽，我要勸戒你；以色列啊！但願你肯聽從我。在你中間不可有別的神，外族人的神你也不可敬拜。我是耶和華你的神，曾把你從埃及地領出來。你要大大張口，我就要給它充滿。

我必把這杯放在那些苦待你的人的手裡；他們曾對你說：‘你屈身俯伏，讓我們走過去吧！’你就以你的背作陸地，作街道，任由他們踏過去。”

因為他們是我的僕人，是我從埃及地領出來的，他們不可以賣作奴僕。
