You must not eat any bread, or roasted or new grain, until the very day you bring this offering to your God. This is to be a lasting ordinance for the generations to come, wherever you live.

You must not eat any bread until the day you bring your offering to the Lord your God. You must not eat any cooked grain or any of your first grain until that time. This is a law that will last for all time to come. It applies no matter where you live.

And you shall eat neither bread nor grain parched or fresh until this same day, until you have brought the offering of your God: it is a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

其命正直、可以悅志兮、其誠純潔、可以發矇兮、

告以色列族云、爾既至我所錫之地、當休息土壤、敬恪乎我。六年間、耕耘田畝、治理葡萄、斂其所產、

昔在埃及、爾為人役、當憶勿忘、宜守此法度。○

亞伯奉耶和華以首生之羊與脂膏。耶和華眷顧亞伯、而歆其祭。不顧該隱、不歆其祭、該隱盛怒變色。

安息日為聖日、爾使眾知所持守、又命爾僕摩西、以禁令、禮儀、律例、訓迪之、

當取初稔之麥為屑、製成圓饅、舉以為獻、與舉禾場之穀無異、歷世勿替。

犧牲所有之脂與血、爾勿食之、必獻於我、著為永例、歷世勿替、隨往勿易。

爾至迦南、栽培樹木、可供食品、必以其果為不潔、三年毋食、至於四年、必獻之於我、以為頌美、迨至五年、其果可食、使之結實纍然、我耶和華爾之上帝所命如此。

翼日以土所產之穀、製無酵餅、及已烘之穀而食。既食土所產之穀、次日嗎嗱不降、以色列族不復得之、是年所食者、則迦南土產。○

以我所諭摩西之命、訓迪以色列族。○
