“‘ Do not have sexual relations with your sister, either your father’s daughter or your mother’s daughter, whether she was born in the same home or elsewhere.

“‘ Do not have sex with your sister. It does not matter whether she is your father’s daughter or your mother’s daughter. It does not matter whether she was born in the same home as you were or somewhere else.

You shall not uncover the nakedness of your sister, your father’s daughter or your mother’s daughter, whether brought up in the family or in another home.

“ Do not have sexual relations with your sister or half sister, whether she is your father’s daughter or your mother’s daughter, whether she was born into your household or someone else’s.

You are not to have sexual intercourse with your sister, either your father’s daughter or your mother’s, whether born at home or born elsewhere. You are not to have sex with her.

As for the nakedness of your sister, either your father’s daughter or your mother’s daughter, whether born in the household or born outside the household, you shall not uncover their nakedness.

這人與鄰舍的妻子行可憎的事，那人行淫污辱媳婦，在你那裏還有人污辱他的姊妹，父親的女兒。

「『與同父異母，或同母異父的姊妹同寢的，必受詛咒！』眾百姓要說：『阿們！』

你繼母為你父親所生的女兒是你的姊妹，不可露她的下體。

她瑪上前去給他吃，他就拉住她瑪，對她說：「我妹妹，你來與我同寢。」她瑪對他說：「哥哥，不可以！不要玷辱我！以色列中不可以這樣做，你不要做這醜事！我蒙受恥辱，該往那裏去呢？至於你，你在以色列中也成了一個愚頑人。現在你可以求王，他必不禁止我歸你。」但暗嫩不肯聽她的話，因他比她更有力，就玷辱她，與她同寢。
