“‘ Do not have sexual relations with your sister, either your father’s daughter or your mother’s daughter, whether she was born in the same home or elsewhere.

“‘ Do not have sex with your sister. It does not matter whether she is your father’s daughter or your mother’s daughter. It does not matter whether she was born in the same home as you were or somewhere else.

You shall not uncover the nakedness of your sister, your father’s daughter or your mother’s daughter, whether brought up in the family or in another home.

“ Do not have sexual relations with your sister or half sister, whether she is your father’s daughter or your mother’s daughter, whether she was born into your household or someone else’s.

You are not to have sexual intercourse with your sister, either your father’s daughter or your mother’s, whether born at home or born elsewhere. You are not to have sex with her.

As for the nakedness of your sister, either your father’s daughter or your mother’s daughter, whether born in the household or born outside the household, you shall not uncover their nakedness.

在你裡面，這人與鄰舍的妻子行可憎的事；那人行淫亂，玷污自己的兒媳；還有人污辱自己的同胞姊妹。

“‘和同父異母，或是同母異父的姊妹同寢的，必受咒詛。’眾民都要說：‘阿們。’

你的繼母為你父親所生的女兒的下體，是你的妹妹，你不可揭露她的下體。

他瑪上到他面前，給他吃的時候，暗嫩卻拉住她，對她說：“妹妹，來與我同寢吧！”他瑪對他說：“不要！哥哥！不要污辱我！在以色列中不可作這樣的事。你不要作這醜事。至於我，我到哪裡除去我的恥辱呢？至於你，你在以色列中也會成了一個愚妄的人。現在請你去對王說，他必不會禁止我歸你的。”但暗嫩不肯聽她的話，他又比他瑪有力，就污辱了她，與她同寢。
