“ The person to be cleansed must wash their clothes, shave off all their hair and bathe with water; then they will be ceremonially clean. After this they may come into the camp, but they must stay outside their tent for seven days.

“ The person must also wash their clothes to be made‘ clean.’ They must shave off all their hair. They must take a bath. Then they will be‘ clean.’ After that, they may come into the camp. But they must stay outside their tent for seven days.

摩西領了亞倫和他兒子前來，用水洗他們。

耶和華對摩西說：「她父親若吐唾沫在她臉上，她豈不蒙羞七天嗎？現在要把她隔離在營外七天，然後才領她回來。」於是米利暗被隔離在營外七天；百姓沒有起程，直等到米利暗回來。

這七天，你們不可走出會幕的門口，直等到你們聖職禮的日子滿了，因為授予你們聖職需要七天。今天所做的，都是耶和華吩咐要做的，好為你們贖罪。這七天，你們要晝夜留在會幕門內，遵守耶和華所吩咐的，免得你們死亡，因為所吩咐我的就是這樣。」

到了第七天，他要剃所有的毛髮，頭髮、鬍鬚、眼睛的眉毛，他全身的毛都剃了；然後，他要洗衣服，用水洗身，才潔淨了。

烏西雅王患痲瘋直到死的那日；他因為染上痲瘋，就住在隔離的行宮裏，與耶和華的殿隔絕。他兒子約坦管理王的家，治理這地的百姓。

這水所預表的洗禮，現在藉着耶穌基督的復活拯救你們，不是除掉肉體的污穢，而是向神懇求有無虧的良心。

我對他說：「我主啊，你是知道的。」他向我說：「這些人是從大患難中出來的，他們曾用羔羊的血把衣裳洗得潔白。

耶和華對摩西說：「你往百姓那裏去，使他們今天明天分別為聖，又叫他們洗衣服。

第七天，祭司要檢查他，看哪，若災病在祭司眼前止住了，沒有在皮膚上擴散，要將他再隔離七天。到了第七天，祭司要再檢查他。看哪，若災病減輕，沒有在皮膚上擴散，祭司就要宣佈他為潔淨，因為他患的不過是疹子。那人要洗自己的衣服，就潔淨了。
